I had a couple of deadlift injuries in the past couple of years, but I recently had one today during my exercise.Today I performed a Sumo deadlift and completed 11 reps of 325lbs, which was a new PR. So this is what happened today, when I fully locked out on my 11 rep, I felt a pop on back my head and had a sudden headache which lasted for aprox. 30 seconds, then became light headed.
Anyone know how this happened? I honestly think I was holding my breath too long or my back was arched. Although,I’m pretty sure my sumo form was fine. Thanks!
