As I am sure many of my fellow t-man are dying to know the answers to this as well i figured I would go ahead and ask. Coach davies what type of dieting do you and your atheletes do? postworkout nutrition? macro combos? etc…
I hate to disappoint you because I have no mysterious insight, I just take a very old-fashioned approach. I try to instill life long dietary habits of balanced meals of meat and easily prepared veggies. My athletes do consume a lot of protein and I try to have them shy away from pasta and rice or for that matter any prepared food. Supplementation is focused upon enhanced muscular recovery with utilizing large dosages of Glutamine & BCAA’s. I hope that helps with a very general outline. In faith, Coach Davies
