Days are listed 1 thru 5. Are days 6 and 7 rest days or is this workout on a 5 day cycle and on day 6 the workout from day 1 should be completed?

What are coach davies thoughts on food consumption before and during workouts. With blood sugar low GH levels are at their highest which he mentions so I’m assuming that means workouts should be done upon waking with no pre workout meal. Shoul food be consumed during workouts? If so what?
