No I didn’t do this in word and paste it here, the intro to my article was lying around from b4 so i pasted bits of it here and turned out all funny. I did check the nutrition articles suggested to me the info there is misleading and very basic. I need complex advice on how to get macro nutrients and sodium intake right for the cutting phase, not this beginner bullshit.
Also thecurrynator you should think twice b4 accusing someone of something and all you other blokes here. [/quote]
You are 100% right, I’m sure John Berardi could learn a thing or two from you. If you already know everything why the hell did you post looking for advice? The articles in the nutrition section are definately not beginner bullshit. The funny thing with nutrition is that it really isn’t that hard. The hard part is actually having the disciplne to eat properly to lose weight. If by a cutting phase you mean losing 80 pounds of fat you should check out some of Shugart’s articles.
Obvious troll deserves to be chopped.
that is 2 minutes of my life I am never getting back. Thanks, but I think you forgot the funny.
some advise put the cup cakes down and step away! lol your fucking kidding right? come to u for advice for what on how to eat a cup cake? what the fuck they have a fat man competition? get real dud! first thing you need to do is stop bullshitting yourself

If the OP is for real it would be so awfully shattering to my faith in humanity, of which i have little.

I do have some really good tips on gaining quality mass although my conditioning is below par it doesn’t indicate my level of musculature and thickness. Just because I’m not freakishly leab doesn’t mean I haven’t worked hard for my 340 Lbs of muscle.

Quality? what kind of qualities? most of your mass looks like fat mass. If your tips would lead us to be in your same state then i dont think too many people would want them.
Your’re right it doesn’t. so as far as anyone can tell your just a big fat guy. And it looks like your “conditioning” does not exist.
Dude you freakishly fat. You obviously haven’t worked hard at the table, the kitchen, or taken less then a 5 minute break ever.
In other news: YOU DO NOT HAVE 340 LBS OF MUSCLE. I’ve got an american $5 bill, 6 euros, 78 thai baht and 350 yen that say if you took a DEXA scan you’d have about 180-200lbs of muscle and 160lbs of fat mens asses. And im being generous given the amount fo DEXA readings ive seen.
No matter how hard you think you’ve worked. it really doesnt matter unless you have competition lift results or BBing placement results or you look hella dope. I dont mean to tear you up but you come on here like you got something but you got nothing bud. no big lifts, no stats, no physique.
Obvious troll… is obvious.

I must admit - this all reminds me of cartman in that “beefcake” shirt with his massgainer 2000 or something lol… I wish i could remember which episode that was.
This thread is pretty amusing, despite being the most obvious troll currently on the site.
In case you’re not a troll, I think you should keep bulking. Another 20-30lbs and you’ll be a shoe in for “The Biggest Loser” series. You can represent all of bb.com and kick some serious fat ass!
I agree I have a bit too much excess adipose tissue on me but that can altered with careful dieting and it’s not like i have to loose a ton. You might not believe it but my abs are slightly visible in the front double bis pose. With a few adjustments I should be ready. Also much of my my mass is muscle, in fact a lot of it but if you disagree then suit your self.
I am still open to any proper advice and keep in mind I know my basics and have a strong foundation so I want advice on how to super power my training and nutrition.
Thank you!
Your diet sounds great

Time for a fight club quote.
Said by Tyler Durden to Bob as he is standing on the porch of their house waiting for acceptence into project mayhem.
" You’re too fat, fat man. And your tits are too big. Get the fuck off my porch. "

Man, I think you’re fooling yourself if you think you abs are slightly visible using any kind of pose. I think that’s probably an illusion based on the shape of the adipose. You should get realistic because the dieting process is going to be fairly hard and disheartening if you don’t realize that you nothing less than hard weeks and months ahead of you.
Go ahead though, I’d love to be proven wrong, post a picture of those abs for us.
Also, I have to agree with Avacado - how can you have tips for quality mass gain when your mass gain was so clearly bad quality!
