Yeah, I see that often in guys who ignore triceps work to focus more on biceps. It is usually a muscle imbalance that causes that. I remember mine used to do that when I first started training. It stopped when I started training RIGHT.
I saw yoou replied to me and braced myself for a drop curl joke.

You’re right though, I’ve only this year started doing actual arm work. I figure its one of those overuse things from all the pulling people towards me.
I was being completely straight up. I ONLY see that in guys who mostly only train biceps or ignore direct work for BOTH muscle groups.
dude, why is every single post you make completely out of line, over the top hostile and aggressive?
Are guys like you on the right forum?

What was hostile, out of line or aggressive about that post?

Do you know how weak you have to be to really run around taking offense to everything like that? How do people like you even make it through a day if THAT was “hostile”?
Do you know that every post of yours reeks of insecurity and a tiny penis?
But…my penis is above average in length and “girth”. In fact, I would say that as penises go, my penis is the “Will Smith” of penises. Nearly every performance turns a profit.

Tell me, how are you and YOUR penis doing?
Im not sure what to make of this sudden turn in the conversation…We have men asking other men how their genitals are doing
Wait a second, this was a “sudden turn” in the conversation? You mean the conversation where some jackass once again logs on and takes public offense to something I write no matter what it is and then turns the whole thread into “why does Professor X have to write that way and make me cry”? You mean THAT conversation?

They seem to be the ones concerned about my penis so I am just being a good neighbor and showing my concern for HIS penis. I hope his penis is ok. I mean, guys who think about the penises of others out the blue like he did must be suffering from a little microphallus and the last thing I want is some guy killing himself because no one cared.

Is this site being overrun by dumbass 17 year olds?
Well yeah, all the penis talk seemed to come on a bit suddenly. And its the internet dude, anything and everything on the internet is overrun by dumbass 17 year olds.
Hey now, some of us are 19 dammit
well then i guess you that doesn’t apply to you seeing as you are not 17, now does it?

A lot of parallels between X’s stalkers and your actions… LOL.

Have fun with Mindy.

I think someone should make a thread. The rules you can post all your hate for X, but you must post a picture of yourself along with it. That way we can see if any of these whiny bitches are even worth a damn.

Ive said it before, and ill say it again, this constant X witch hunt is just damn ridiculous. You ask him a quesiton, and youre going to get an answer. Will it be coated with sugar and sprinkles? No, but it sure as hell isnt going to be some 24hr Fitness Personal Trainer, Music Major, half assed BS answer.

I just made a “I hate Prof X” thread in get a life. Please…all feminine jackasses who likely think this thread is “too hostile” speak up!

^^It also seems like most of the people asking questions are doing so just to get his answer and then nit pick it and find something to bitch about.

I’m pretty sure at this point everyone knows what professor X is all about shouldnt be surprised by most of his answers. Haters gonna Hate, Bitches gonna Bitch, whinners gonna whine… you get the idea

It just dawned on my… Professor X… Professor Xavier (from X-Men)… I always wondered why Professor X sounded so familiar… I’m a ruhtard

Ah, valid point

Did anyone else catch X ripping on some guy on page 1 for diagnosing over then internet, only to do the same thing like a few hours later?

What the hell did I diagnose?

I said most of the guys with these issues have bad posture. I have no clue what is wrong with the guy who claimed his elbows stick out and won’t without seeing him.

I believe it’s the same douche.

I hope no one minds if I interrupt the bickering and interject with a serious anatomical statement, hopefully with some discussion to follow…

Nobodies arm is going to hang straight. Everyone will have a slight bend at the elbow when their arm is hanging relaxed. I don’t care how much Biceps or Triceps work one does or doesn’t do. If the anatomical structure of the elbow joint is undamaged, that is the way it will be. If you do nothing but Triceps work you will still have this slight bend. If you do nothing but biceps work you will still be able to straighten your arm if you choose too as long as there is no structural damage to the elbow joint.

We aren’t talking about a slight bend in the arms. We are talking about guys who literally have their arm bent to about a 45 degree angle or worse because all they train is biceps.

I mean, really…you thought we didn’t know that?

You just affirmed what I thought is what you thought. 45 degrees? Nobodies arm, no matter how imbalanced their training, hangs relaxed at 45 degrees. Again, only with joint damage.

What? Mine used to do this. I saw guys all of the time growing up like that. I had 18" arms before I really started training my triceps seriously.

You really thought this was impossible? Isn’t it more likely you just haven’t seen too many guys with good arm genetics for growth who ignore their triceps?
