Yeah, I see that often in guys who ignore triceps work to focus more on biceps. It is usually a muscle imbalance that causes that. I remember mine used to do that when I first started training. It stopped when I started training RIGHT.
I was being completely straight up. I ONLY see that in guys who mostly only train biceps or ignore direct work for BOTH muscle groups.
dude, why is every single post you make completely out of line, over the top hostile and aggressive?
Are guys like you on the right forum?

What was hostile, out of line or aggressive about that post?

Do you know how weak you have to be to really run around taking offense to everything like that? How do people like you even make it through a day if THAT was “hostile”?
OMG we have some real ‘ROID RAGE here! X used the phrases “straight up”. Damn X, why you gotta be hattin’?

But…my penis is above average in length and “girth”. In fact, I would say that as penises go, my penis is the “Will Smith” of penises. Nearly every performance turns a profit.

Tell me, how are you and YOUR penis doing?

Wait a second, this was a “sudden turn” in the conversation? You mean the conversation where some jackass once again logs on and takes public offense to something I write no matter what it is and then turns the whole thread into “why does Professor X have to write that way and make me cry”? You mean THAT conversation?

They seem to be the ones concerned about my penis so I am just being a good neighbor and showing my concern for HIS penis. I hope his penis is ok. I mean, guys who think about the penises of others out the blue like he did must be suffering from a little microphallus and the last thing I want is some guy killing himself because no one cared.

Is this site being overrun by dumbass 17 year olds?

But have you asked if he periodizes his penis workouts with different stimuli over time?

C’mon, show you truly care

Something has to be said about the fact that you end up being the center of attention/problem etc… Not trying to get involved but you seem to enjoy the attention… even though its an internet forum. A forum you down talk only to later seek acceptance(once again on the internet)… Its just thoroughly entertaining to watch(read).

Its a subconscious response… you’ll blow yourself up as well to show your dominance when you feel threatened. Women will sway their hips more if they feel that they are being observed. We also produce different scents… its the whole human sexuality business.

The longer I spend on this forum, the more gay I get exposed to…

LOL HAHAHA that’s pretty funny.

All jokes aside though, I am wondering if more external rotation work + external rotation stretching will help with ILS, in that it won’t feel as uncomfortable when putting arms down to the side.

Since January I’ve actually followed through with arm work on both Bi’s and Tri’s. So in total, my direct arm work is only 7 months. I’d normally blow offmy arm days toally up until last winter. Its gotten a lot better since I’ve started treating my arms like muscles and not “hooks”.

WTF dude, why does everyone fuck with you so much? lol Like, I’ve made a few Prof jokes but actually attacking you? Holy Hell!!!

@Ct. Rockula

Same here, I only recently started working directly arms because I firmly believed in the fact that I wasn’t big enough to do direct tricep/bicep work and that bench pressing and chinups would work my arms enough.

However, after reading more and more Westside articles, I realized that direct tricep work is definitely needed, especially if you want to increase your bench. I was just wondering whether you’ve seen big gains in your lifts after doing direct arm work?

I don’t get it either. It is like some of these guys really are this ridiculous in real life…either that or they are fucking sociopaths because following me around like this is some creepy shit.

They really seem to think they are right though which means something is off.
