Critique My Routine Please

I just wrote this one up this morning, hoping to start it in september at the beginning of the school year when I have more time to workout, eat and sleep. The program is a strength/size blend, based on a lot of Thib’s recent articles.

Any comments and criticism would be greatly appreciated.

Ummm… I’m doing WS4SB right now.

how do you know youre going to hit that many reps for that many sets? only thing i can imagine is that youre going to have to hold back to hit those reps which makes no sense if youre trying to add size.
