You’re welcome! I respect anyone who can shed fat. I’ve always found it easy to put on weight regardless of my metabolism. But il be damned to even bother try lose fat lol, whenever i have its either unintentional or without trying.

@duketheslaya me too! That’s what I mean about the stress part because I was way stressed and for me that means zero appetite. That kinda helped when I could eat again because I couldn’t eat as much so my issue with portions was not a worry. Always before I could eat more than any guy and even if it was healthy I would pile it on. I was thankful that it didn’t stick with me too much but more than I liked. I like what I see in the mirror here lately so maybe that will motivate me to keep this going😉

why can’t it be easy and I just wake up with a beautiful fitness body?!? Hard work is rewarding but in the winter it’s awful trying to get that motivation.

Hahaha I actually do love me some Canadian Club! I used to drink it religiously sitting at my computer mixed with green Mother talking to people on my last forum. The energy drink mixer helped me stay up later to talk to the Americans who where just waking up.
