Dont substitute more T3 just because you arent at the leanness youd like to be at this point. I know im not leading into a show here, however I only plan to go to 50mcg, possibly 75 max. I do recall Prisoner in the past saying that for the vast majority there is really no need to go above the 75mcg.
On another note, in 6 weeks you can accomplish a ton. You still sound like you got your head on strait and all the green veggies arent getting to your brain yet.
Alot of guys depending on diet will have to do 2x/day cardio sessions leading into show. Nothing very high intensity, just walking up a good plane on a treadmill.
Definately post how quickly your cardio rebounds back after you have discontinued your tren use. Im very curious. Also was it you using the tri-tren or is it just acetate or enathate.
Keep at er buddy, your in the homestretch.
Thanks for all of the great advice, LillGuy. I have never heard that about T-3, and you are prompting me to do some more research.
About the cardio, interestingly, I’m two days off of the tren and already I can tell a difference in my lung capacity. I will do either exercise bike or run in the morning depending on the weather, and the runs are always my limiting factor. Last day on tren I was not able to finish what was supposed to be a 27 minute run. Today I knocked out 27 minutes without any problem at all. Thank God! I used to be able to run close to an hour with zero problems. I’ll be working my way up to 45 minutes over the next few weeks.

Good stuff Cortes, sounds like it’s been quite a ride, and that masteron is going to harden you up like a diamond so I hope the contest is right around the corner.
Btw, regarding the MT-II, I seem to remember someone talking about this stuff on another thread a while back and while I’m not familiar with it I’m pretty sure this is the stuff Bushy was claiming had some pretty nasty sides - I could be way wrong though…any sides from the MT-II?
Peace
*edit - contest 6 weeks away…got it

You know, Mousse, I have not experienced ANY negative side effects from MT-II, unless you consider getting a little too dark to be a negative. This is GOOD stuff.
I’m looking forward to that Masteron, too. This will be my first time using it.

Ain’t that the living truth. Tren is so awesome but far from perfect. I don’t even do anything aerobic and I’m complaining about my sets of 12 that take me thirty seconds. For you guys actually doing cardio, or worse, freaks like world with their super fitness training stuff I could not imagine that degree of aerobic output on tren.
You use it for what works though. The bad stuff might be pretty bad but the good is oh so good.
Good luck with the Mast too buddy. I tried to scan the thread for your intended mast dose but could not find it. What were you planning 100mg EOD?
Thanks saps. Yes, the tren was wonderful but, at this point, it has honestly been a big relief to come off of it. I’m looking forward to actually feeling energized and healthy while I run, instead of feeling like I’m about to keel over dead.
And yes, 100mg EOD of masteron is exactly what I had intended to use.

BTW, did you PM Prisoner about his contest prep or flow what he was doing at all?
I did indeed, and he gave me a nice rundown of his cycle and a little bit about his diet in the run-up to that last show of his. Interestingly, it was not exactly what I had expected, either.

I’ll have them for you guys this weekend, JJ. That’s a promise. They’ll be on the cusp of 5 weeks out and I’ll be looking forward to the input and insight you gentlemen always provide.

Ohhh…ouch. Okay, I broke my promise. Alright. Next few days they will be up. You do keep me on my toes, MsM…
see shits hard precontest huh. still havent got my contest pics up. should be in the mail so ill get them in a few days and fire up that ol thread. anyway hope prep is coin well looking froward to your pics.
Well gentlemen (and ladies, MsM), the planets and stars have finally aligned so that I might be able to get you some quality pictures.
Time for the standard excuses:
The lighting is so-so, better than it was at my house, but it is still ugly fluorescent lighting that does a great job of washing out a lot of detail. And the day that my wife and I both ended up being able to go to the gym to take pictures also ended up being my most carb-depleted, flat, least vascular day. Goody. Today was actually carb up day and wouldn’t you know it, as I sit here typing at my computer just 12 hours later I already look fuller and more vascular than when the pictures were taken. Oh well, better now than at the competition, right?
Now, things I can’t excuse. I know I am not as lean as I should be. The fat seems to be coming off again, but the pretty long stallout I had there for a while was a big surprise and has set me back. I guess around 4.5 weeks is still enough time to squeeze another 2 or 3 percentage points off of this frame, though. And yeah, legs look like shit. I promise my quads usually look better than this, I must have really been flat. Calves I cannot excuse and they are just going to take a couple of years to catch up, I am now resigned to believing.
I’ll do a quick follow-up on other aspects of my cycle after posting the pictures. In the meantime you guys let me have it. I need it.
EDIT: Images are smaller than I had hoped. Please click the image to get a clearer (but unfortunately still small) picture.
