Offer head for abstinence.
Why would you even try to force your way of life onto these people?
They’re using steroids and obviously happy with it, let them.
I can’t believe people these days.

This one of the funniest things I’ve read in a long time.
I dated a girl like the OP for a long while. Didn’t work out once she started thinking that “that space between the tops of your thighs” that some girls have is sexy.
Also, to those of you asking if being a nutritionist actually means anything in regards to education; no, it doesn’t. It’s not in any way a mark of minimum requirements or license.
I’m rather surprised at the mocking of the food guide pyramid earlier in the thread; it works out pretty similarly in macronutrient breakdown to many useful diet plans. Just too many grains and not enough fruit for most.

now what’s going on in this thread?
I instinctively discount people who can’t spell.

I see your point, but she wasn’t very receptive to admitting her lack of practical knowledge or years under her belt in her profession, and she continued her derogatory terms.
So you don’t lay the blame on the responders feet.
Besides, I hope she comes back. Laughs it off, starts talking with the bigger guys at the gym and gets some new clients.
She should just focus on the nutrition with the guys and maybe ask them to teach her about steroids.
It could workout. She’s cute, I am sure they would like to talk to her.

Now that’s a bit foolish of you. Have you heard of dyslexia? Now if you’d said people with poor grammer or those you write in text speak I’d be right with you…

How could you expect someone to use proper grammar when they can’t even spell it correctly? ![]()

Wow. I did check out some previous posts. In the other thread she said she was 99lbs and asking how to workout.
"If anyone reading has any encouragement or tips for how to get into serious training alone (how to start lifting heavy with no spotter? how to find out what weights I am capable of lifting? which basic exercises would be best to start out with and how to design a program around the classes and shifts I work) I would be so incredibly greatful. "

Classic.
Some 6 months ago she’s posting as a rank beginner about finally getting serious, and now here she is as yet another know-it-all PT, attempting to debate with people who have been at this successfully for YEARS.
Fucking hilarious.

I can expect a poster to use grammar that approaches readability because doing so is a skill taught in primary school. I am not referring to, for example, correct use of the semicolon, merely not massacring the English language.
However when someone is dyslexic they are often unable to tell whether their spelling is correct NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY READ IT THROUGH. Thus when I post using IE there will be spelling mistakes no matter what I do. The above poster could choose to ignore very useful information form another poster with the same disability simply because of a foolish prejudice. Do you comprehend me?
If you learned not to discount dyslexic people as a result of this post, then you at least got something out of this thread other than a burning desire to try a cycle right away and stop worrying about food and training.
