Hi Boys.
I’ve recently started a PT job (specialising in nutrition) in the cheapest gym in my area. Its been an eye opener for sure.
All the places I’ve worked previously have been full of guys invested in their physiques through hard work and dedication.
It turns out this place is more frequented by your average Get-Big-Quick- Throw-A-Lot-Of-Weight-Around- Look-TOUGH types.
I’m offering meal ideas, macronutrient education, schedule coaching and training reviews…but to guys who go home to the needle not the noodles.
I write articles and leave them around the weights areas for intereted people to take home, hoping to pique some interest in nutrition theories, since I am a 5ft 110lb female I get the impression I dont carry a lot of cred at the moment.
I know NOTHING about steriods, except for the fact that most of my potential clients would prefer to spend their money on that than on food.
What can I write to convince them to rethink their approach?
I was thinking along the lines of “think long term” “use food for size” etc
If anyone could give me some ammo against taking the low road so I can stand my ground in a conflict ![]()
I’ve just never been interested in learning about steriods before, so I’m being faced with a totally unknown barrier here.
Thanks V much ![]()
