I instinctively discount people who can’t spell.

Now that’s a bit foolish of you. Have you heard of dyslexia? Now if you’d said people with poor grammer or those you write in text speak I’d be right with you…

How could you expect someone to use proper grammar when they can’t even spell it correctly? :stuck_out_tongue:

I can expect a poster to use grammar that approaches readability because doing so is a skill taught in primary school. I am not referring to, for example, correct use of the semicolon, merely not massacring the English language.

However when someone is dyslexic they are often unable to tell whether their spelling is correct NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY READ IT THROUGH. Thus when I post using IE there will be spelling mistakes no matter what I do. The above poster could choose to ignore very useful information form another poster with the same disability simply because of a foolish prejudice. Do you comprehend me?

If you learned not to discount dyslexic people as a result of this post, then you at least got something out of this thread other than a burning desire to try a cycle right away and stop worrying about food and training.[/quote]

Yeah sorry I was a little pedantic there. It’s just a pet hate of mine.
