So I’ve read through most of the amino pulsing threads, but I still dont have a 100% clear picture of the protocool in my head, so I am hoping CT and some other guys can help me out here.
I am based in the UK, so I dont have access to Biotest sups. Instead I have: Cassien Hydro, Leucine, Wazy Maize, Creatine, Whey Iso and Cassien.
From my understanding and please do correct me if im wrong, this should be my set up on a training day:
Shouldnt I also be adding some simple carbs during my workout? and if so, how many grams? is 20g of fast carbs a good serving size? seems on the low side doesnt it?
Thanks in advance for any replies and help at all!

Oh and btw, you really lack good fats in your diet.
And eh… just oats for breakfast is meh…[/quote]
yea, i didnt bother adding the times when i do my P+F meals, but i am aware of the importance of good fats
oats for breakfast-i was thinking about this recently, shld i do fats and protein for breakfast or protein and carbs for breakfast, im confused by John Paul Catanzaro recent article
But they sell SWF for Ã?£64. That’s $106 dollars without delivery. As for shipping from the U.S., the extra delivery cost still makes Biotest a lot less competetive compared to other options.
