Confused by Amino Pulsing

So I’ve read through most of the amino pulsing threads, but I still dont have a 100% clear picture of the protocool in my head, so I am hoping CT and some other guys can help me out here.

I am based in the UK, so I dont have access to Biotest sups. Instead I have: Cassien Hydro, Leucine, Wazy Maize, Creatine, Whey Iso and Cassien.

From my understanding and please do correct me if im wrong, this should be my set up on a training day:

7am- Pulse-12g CHY+5g Leucine
7:20-Oats
10:30-Pulse-12g CHY+5g Leucine
11:00-Chicken-50g
Pre workout
14:00-5g Leucine
14:10-12g CHY+20g Wazy Maize
Workout
14:20-12g CHY+5g Leucine
Post workout
15:20-CHY+5g Leucine
15:50-Chicken
19:00-Pulse-12g CHY+5g Leucine
19:30-Dinner-Fish
22:00-Cassien/Cottage cheese

Shouldnt I also be adding some simple carbs during my workout? and if so, how many grams? is 20g of fast carbs a good serving size? seems on the low side doesnt it?

Thanks in advance for any replies and help at all!

you dont pulse PRE workout

You should probably just do waxy+whey pre if that is all that’s available for u

Oh and btw, you really lack good fats in your diet.

And eh… just oats for breakfast is meh…

Apologies, let me clarify:

I am based in the UK and due to the shipping costs etc, It is not as financially viable for me to use Biotest sups

Do you have a UK distributor?

There’s this website
http://www.Biotest.co.uk/products_info.php?id=15

But they sell SWF for Ã?£64. That’s $106 dollars without delivery. As for shipping from the U.S., the extra delivery cost still makes Biotest a lot less competetive compared to other options.
