My buddy is going to a seminar this weekend hosted by Dr. Jack Barnathan, a strength coach. I looked him up and he seems to be in the know with a lot of “celebrities” in the bodybuilding/fitness/figure community. Anyone ever hear of him?

He doesn’t coach any teams, rather he is an “expert” at strength development and fitness (as is detailed on his NY Strength website.) My buddy told me about it because he was going to a seminar headed up by Jack.
