Coach, I first of all just want to say that having you give out advice on this forum and write articles for T-mag is the best thing that has happened to my training and undoubtly many others and I am forever greatful to you. Now for my question. Have you ever worked with lacrosse players before? I went to your web site and you do not offer any programs geared towards lacrosse. I would buy one for football or maybe soccer but it just seems that either of those programs won’t cover everything that lacrosse demands. I am sure that you are familiar with the sport but just in caseyou aren’t I will give you a brief overview of it. Lacorsse is a full contact sport. It is broken up into 18 minute quarters. I play defense and therefore do not run as much as a midfielder but I still defenitly need to be able to recover quickly on the field. I play the whole game so I do not get many breaks. Agility and speed are key in defense. I was wondering if you were planning to make a program geared towards the sport of lacrosse? If not, do you make programs based on individual needs? Thank you.
Chris
Nice to hear from you and your kind words are tremendously rewarding for me. I am thankful for the opportunity to be of help. I have a number of University Lacrosse players / teams in the New England area - I dont know if they visit visit the forum but hopefully they might add to this thread if they see it. Lacrosse is an awesome sport that is horribly misunderstood (how many realize the great Jim Brown was one the finest Lacrosse players in history)in this country. The Lacrosse program can be ordered on-line, but if you so do I ask you please contact me personally before ordering. I take a great deal of pride in helping each of my athletes and I am committed to my athletes success. I look forward to hearing from you. In faith, Coach Davies
