Sup! Guys, I recently got an accident and I got a whiplash from the x-ray and it does hurt when I pull my head back and like a bitch in the morning. I am having medical care right now. It doesn’t really hurt when I workout (as long as I don’t pull my head back), but my attorney said that insurance adjuster might be watching, so on the safe side; i need a new program.
I was on my 1st week of ABBH and looking to gain 15 lbs in 3 months, but that won’t be happening now. So, what should I do? I still want to gain muscle weight, but I don’t want to lose the case because of this. Any suggestion appreciated.

PS-does anyone know if I could workout with heavy, should I be worrying?
