Last night I sprained two of the joints in my neck and looks like I will be out of the gym for about 2 weeks.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to maintain muscle when you cant lift?
Ive been making good progress lately; just finished Thib’s shoulder specialisation program to bring my shoulders up a bit.
Also ive just loaded up on creatine and started taking BCAA’s before and after training should I stop the creatine and just use the BCAA’s throughout the night?
