Thought I’d start a new training log. I just recently left my main forum because people there sucked, and out of all the forums, T NATION def felt like the place to go to, friendliest people etc. Not even sucking up.

I imagine alot of people here are american, so I’ll try to keep it in pounds, or atleast type out if its pounds or kg. 1 kg = 2.2 pounds.

I wrote a program that I’ll be following for a while, and it goes something like this.

Mondag Pull
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Push
Thursday Legs
Friday Pull
Saturday Legs
Sunday Push

Legs = maxing out in one set squat, last time it was 110 pounds, and will add 11 pounds each workout until you hit 1RM, same with narrow bench press for push, and deadlifts for every other pull workout, but with some different weights. If anyone’s interested I can go into more detail but I doubt it so I’ll keep it short :slight_smile: The reason I do narrow grip bench press despite having competed in max width bench press is that I want it to transfer more strength to my military press.

So Sunday push, decided to go with narrow grip bench. Did 10 reps on 220 lbs. Havent done narrow grip in a long time so starting out with a personal record and not too far off to my normal bench felt very nice! Gonna try my luck on 242 lbs next time. Did some additional arm work after this.

So if you watch the whole Project Aesthetics thing you’ll know about my deload week up until now, and how that I’m gonna work out only 4x a week a while now. I’m very, very excited. I’ve pretty much always worked out every day, so now that I’ll cut that in half it feels already like I’m all excited to hit the gym hard like a mofo. Gonna do forced rep and high rep fail shizness, gonna be great! Gonna max out today on 242 lbs in narrow grip bench. LETS DO THIS
