So I hope this diesnt get flagged as spam because im really not selling anything. People who know me on this website kbow Ive been searching for a specific type of weight handle that goes to a set of plates I already own because im kind of broke at the moment. Ok so Dicks Sporting Goods bought up Sports Authority a few years back, and i cant find anything at DSG that quite fits the profile of what i whant.
Ive been told i need to contack a manufacturer if I even whant to beging to figure out how to replace the old SA weight handles that i believe were the GOAT. These bad boys were Marcy style I believe(still learning) about eighteen inches long and one inch thick. The collars were between 3 and 2 inches wide depending where you measure them, and about 3/4 in thick…Sorry Im still haveing trouble downloading pics to this site, and even seperating paragraphs. Ive got a lot to learn… Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Is that properly spelled? There seemed to be some confusion at google. However sending me to google dose seem VERY HELPFULL!!! Dyill open to guidance…
But yeah, basically i dont have a box for the handles, but I have a relative idea that they fit awfly well with a specific set of Sports Autgority plates, so from there i guess i could look at photos online ans spawn some ideas on how to track down the manufacturer and ask a few questions about these things. Sorry again that im having trouble posting photos on here and seperating my paragraphs. I forgot how to do it.
It was a similar thread that i started when i joined T-nation. After an embarrassing series of life events Ive ben moving at a snails pace, but discovering i need to track down the manufacturer is a step in the right direction…
How is it that you think just by your somewhat descriptive post we would be able to identify some cheap old stock DB handles?
Why don’t you post a picture. It’s drag and drop. This is about the easiest forum to insert pics. WTF dude.
They basically look like hwat Skyks showed a photo of. They were just more durable than what dicks sells today. Like the collars were three fourths of an inch thick and sturdy as all hell!!!
