Where Can I Find Longer DB Handles?

I am running out of room on my screw-tight dumbbell handles. I can’t add another 10 lb. plate and still be able to screw the end on. I thought about putting on 25 lb. plates but I don’t think that would work to well. It’s be like sticking my arm between two walls. Maybe it will work. Should I go buy some 25 lb. plates or will it block my motion? I see pictures of guys benching with 6 -7 10 lb. plate dumbbells. I need more weight for bench and shoulder press.

What do you say? Thanks!

The ironmind dumbbell handles are great. Bought these a few months back. Kind of pricey but they will likely provide all the room you need on them. you can squeeze 220 pounds on each.

X2. They’ll last forever.

Hey, thanks,

I was kinda hoping for the threaded bars. I like to be able to tilt them around for full range motion without the weights sliding off.

Where do the gyms get theirs? I see the ones, at the gyms, with the allen screw in the ends, kinda like the ones you see in the pics of pros lifting. Those won’t lose the weights.

Oh, yeah, but I guess those are cut to fit… can’t change them.

Do I need to be concerned about the weights falling off if I wanted to tilt them in all angles? That’s why I like the threaded bars.

Get collars/clips. Problem solved.

Go to IRONMIND.com and look at thier BullDog 2 collars. Those wont be moving on ya.

Worth the $$$ when they save your teeth ya know?

The collars that come with the ironmind handles are strong. No slipping, no worries. Don’t overthink it.
