The picture on the right is from one year ago tough as I havent taken others yet, I might do soon.
Im guessing the width improvement can be mainly attributed to rack chins and lat stretch as the 2nd picture was about 10 months after starting DC and from the picture on the left.

Personally I’ve been using waximaize (I know that’s controversial but I like the taste and I recover well with it) with unflavored pepto pro and it tastes great.

I’ve never had peptopro without artificial flavoring, from what I hear (you and others) it’s pretty bland.
The place I order it from for an extra seventy-five cents per pound will flavor it, the specific flavor I get is “watermelon wave”. It’s a very subtle taste.
I would guess it would be really easy to flavor with crystal light powder or something similar.

Thanks for the feedback, was just wondering if anybody had some super secret formula for making it taste good.
I’ve used a crystal light knock off and it masks the taste perfectly, it just gets a bit pricey to use on a regular basis.

My new set up is so much better. The liquid flavor system is totally kickass. I toss some protein and BCAA in my Surge Workout Fuel, and shit kicks ass and tastes like heaven.

Next bulk starts in 2 weeks, cant wait. shooting for 200 at 5’8
Last bulk ended at 187, cut 20 pounds for my cruise next week.

Well, Dorian didn’t invent that…and I agree, most people should be doing that.

Interesting point, I definately think that some training styles are more effective as you get stonger. I think high reps/ high volume is particularly ineffective for beginners.
