You’re bigger than most of the guys here. Keep it up. Expect much hate for not being scrawny.
My “bulk pics” are in my profile…because that is pretty much all I did for most of the time I’ve been lifting.
Thanks X, your advice and that of other forum members who have made significant muscle gains have helped me make progress.

lol funny thing is even with the shitty lat spread pose (haha sorry had to say it) you can still tell how freakin’ huge you are. Practice your posing though:)
lol, good advice ![]()

thanks bugeishaAD, I’ve had to weigh 250 before people even started making comments such as: “you must lift weights?”
how much are you weighing in your avatar?
10 pound increase in 4 months (165-175), strength gains were very nice :). My arms/traps/delts are the most noticeable improvements. Plan on full out bulking once fall begins. Back pics aren’t the same size because i lined them up by the size of the tattoos.

Really? How tall are you?
I was in the neighborhood of 225lbs at 6’1". I’ve been as heavy as 235 but since I’m living in Japan until August, I’ve lost about 15lbs (fat/water/muscle). 250 is the next milestone!

Bug- you’re lifts were really taking off if I remember correctly (BOI posts). Funny, I always thought you were on the shorter side, like <5-8".

I was trying to cut, but for some strange reason I gained 2lbs while getting significantly stronger and a bit leaner. So I suppose you could call these “bulking” pics.

Hey Steely, thanks for noticing.
Yeah strength training has come easier for me than the whole “get huge like a bodybuilder” thing. And I guess that’s cool you thought I was shorter if that means it’s cuz of my insaaaaane levels of thickness (sarcasm!!). <3

I’m 6’2, but once I broke 250 I’ve gotten 10 times the comments about being “large”.

Me around 204lbs @ 5’9. This was somewhere in December 2009. Now I’m floating around 208lbs with lower bodyfat. In december this year I’ll be somewhere between 220 and 230lbs.

You have a nice quad overhang, if that’s what it’s called, y’know, that teardrop shaped muscle above the knee. Nice lat width too. It looks good all over, but I just wanted to point out the best parts.

That’s what it’s called NOW.

Aw, shit, Professor X has incorporated. We’re all fucked now.
Now I have to pay Professor X something just for using that phrase?
But I like the sound of it so much I named one of my puppies Quad Overhang! Damn it!
