Bulking Thread

How do you find 93% lean ground beef? I buy extra lean ground beef and eat 1 pound of it everyday…but for every 100grams it’s 22grams of protein and 10 grams of fat…so from the beef I get 88 grams of protein and 40 grams of fat from the lb. I eat.

Deat - as for the chicken I buy the already cooked chicken in the package…it’s a small little chicken put under the heaters…so there’s all bone and skin…I just cut out the bones, take the skin off and take all the meat…I put 200grams of it in my lunch today (i have a scale)…and 100 grams is supposed to be 3.5oz…and if there’s 30 grams of protein per 3.5oz that would mean I had 60 grams of protein…but I don’t know if this is right or not…and it’s kinda important because if I’m only getting 40 then well I need to up it so I can get to my desired number.

You said there would be more fat in the breast too…but I didn’t taste any…I’m confused about chicken…that is kinda sad lol[/quote]

What do you mean by how do I find it? Taste and texture wise, or where I buy it etc.?

I put garlic powder, salt and pepper on it and slap it in the frying pan, crisp it up eat it plain or throw it on a bun, it tastes good.

^^ Thats what I do with the 1.5lb packages but then I usually put all of it on top of a giant smashed up sweet potato and mix it all up. Oh man its soo good and by far my favorite post workout meal.

Called my grandma the other day, her new husband is a a farmer and sells beef.

5$/lb for filet mignon

5$/lb for sirloin

w000000t go grandma!

In other news, I gained 2.5in on my waist and 9 lbs in 4 weeks. This bulking thing is easy.

But you do have to wonder about the mentality of someone who would post that as if the goal is to make your waist as big as possible.

2.5 inchea on the waist for only ten pounds gained sounds like ALL he gained was fat…and may have lost some muscle. Do the people here forget to lift weights?

I’m not entirely sure he wasn’t joking. If he wasn’t then hopefully at this point he knows he has to change something.

I eat a dozen easily, cheap stuff. Eat 5-6 every morning with loads of broccoli and EVOO

I eat between 5 and 6 depending on the day. On the recommendation of Chris Colucci, I started drinking 3 raw eggs before bed. It seems to noticeably improve sleep quality.

So I had Cici’s for the first time today…Damage done was like 12-13 slices, mostly meat lovers pizza slices, a small salad lol, some bread sticks+other misc stuff .

I think visiting this place once a week, could do my skinny ass some good. Cheap too!!!
