I have a mystery. Is this an erector??? The area circled in Orange is new. It could be fluff since I have gained 10 pounds since the beginning of this year and it is NOT muscle gains really… I don’t know!! My back has never had much visible muscle ever, it’s always been stringy at best so I cannot tell.
If it is fluff please be gentle. I think it might be an erector but I’ve never had any to see so I have no clue what mine might look like. It’s reproducible at different angles too. Its hard to take a selfie of!!
My tattoo on the opposite side makes it hard to see if it is symryrical as well.
And a updated back shot, the last one I shared was years ago. Stuff has changed on my back over the years, it’s never going to be big and beefy but it’s less stringy! AND has a finished freaking foo. DSCN1786|666x500
Pictures are not showing, this might show up twice then.
My belly is definitely more sausage gut like them it used to be BUT I am for sure getting some oblique growth. So it’s changed shape. Which is new and exciting, but not lean belly.
I think the oblique stuff might be from the log pressing since it’s the only new thing I’ve added this year to do weekly that I never really did much at all before.
OMG! You look amazing!!! Definitely jealous!
2016 picture below at about 160#. I think my traps might have developed a bit more now, but I was definelty leaner there.
BUT! NO 205 stone them ;)Trade offs!
Thanks Chicken!! YOU look great too!!! We lifters are lucky that way!!! :)!!
Definitely some trap growth going there!
Great pics! Keep it comming!
Best regards!
Thanks Chicken!! I hope they keep growing!!
Thank you trtoldman!! I appreciate it!!

Dog update. I went to two shelters yesterday->YIKES. One was super depressing just like I remember it being when I was in tech school doing training on giving vaccines there 12 years ago.
SO SAD. I guarantee those dogs are going to be dead by the end of the week, it just oozes sadness and desperation at the Aurora Animlal Shelter…It really bummed me out! I wish I could have found a dog there to save it but I did not. The other shelter I went to before that didn’t have a lot of dogs, and the dog that were there looked super sad too! At least this weekend I figured out I won’t be going back to those two shelters. Too fucking sad!
Wednesday at work i was offered a free dog. An intact male pitbull that a good Samaritan ( a stray someone had found that was injured) had brought to my clinic. He looked like someone had beaten in or kicked his muzzle as he had half his teeth broken out and would need to be fixed big time. He seemed sweet but I won’t get another pitty/bull breed dog again.
Today at the shelter by my house I saw a doberman I had met a few weeks ago at my job! UGHHHH!!! This dog is a GREAT DOG! He had come in as another good Samaritan Stray that had a big necrotic mass in his eye lid. He was running aorund loose and someone taken him us at my clinic to help him out.
We took the mass off his eyelid and sent him to the shelter, he didn’t have a microchip but he was obviously owned, had a collar, and was super well behaved. He too was not neutered. This was a few weeks ago, and seeing him today there was such a bummer! As in I wish I could take him! But I can’t have dobermans at my apartment complex!
So I gave him a bunch of treats and loved on him again, I was his nurse at my job for 2 days! :{ SO CLOSE!!! SO CLOSE to finding a great dog, but I can’t have him! I texted my buddy to see if he wanted him, I talked him up to anyone who passed by his cage at the shelter! HA HA! I just want him to get a good home and he will. He won’t last long there at the shelter. He’ll get snatched up.
The search continues. I WILL FIND YOU, future best friend!! I will find you and I’m coming for you !!!
During the last, say, couple of decades, I´ve seen a lot of (sorry) “WIRD” (again, sorry) breeds of dogs getting fashionable, but to me, “classic” dogs like COLLIES always behave wonderfully, are very friendly, great company, and very smart…
Don´t want to hurt anyone with that affirmation, just tell my personal experience with dogs…I probably had over 20 through the years…and the collies were ALWAYS wonderful. I´m sure you can say the same about other breeds, but I don¨t have the PERSONAL experience to say it.
Best luck in your search!
trtoldmn! Do you mean border collies? Like this one? If so I agree, they are great dogs, VERY personable and smart. The only dogs I for sure won’t get are the
ones I can’t have at my apartment which are mostly one’s I don’t trust anyways.
You don’t offend me with having any type of dog prejudices. I see a ton of different breeds at my job- an when they are sick or scared which is what most of them are at my job, the WORST comes out of them- and I have my own prejudices based on breed myself! Not all deserve it but enough to make the caution stick and keep me away form choose them as a pet.
I hope I find one soon! :{
Today- 5 mile walk , watching the robins and rabbits, and a few people up with their dogs before it gets too hot
Yes, like that one or others, last 3 I had were like this… http://www.anvianet.fi/siniketun/colliet/nartut/saaras8.jpg ,
also had some mixed up collies, all wonderful…
Best regards!

COOL! I’ll happily take a rep pr! :)!!! I had one more but I got cautious. COOL!
I keep seeing dogs looking for forever homes, and wish they were closer to you! This one looks like a sweet girl!
I think (it is just a theory, not really knowledge) that the thing between the army and flat foot is because IN PRINCIPLE people who has those kinds of arcs TEND to get tyred faster at marches, etc…But not all I would say… Definetelly, in USA, indians can follow you easier…
In my days they would take people IN with flat feets and anything you can imagine, only seen a guy rejected because he had ONLY 1 tooth in his mouth…(true story, I witness).
AWWW!!! What a cutie!! I know! There are TONS of dogs in need in Texas! They sometimes end up here too! I wonder though, how bad is the heart worm there? When I lived in Texas I was young and foolish and even though I had dogs and honestly had never heard of it, but I also was 21 and this was way before i went to vet tech school. Do you have a lot of problems there??
In Colorado for the most part , we don’t even get fleas really. The altitude doesn’t agree with them, so rarely fleas will be on a dog and here and there a tick if they are out running around in the mountains. In school they taught us a ton about all the wild parasites we get in the US but Colorado is one place we luckily don’t get it much.
When I lived there I do remember fleas. And also just a bunch of critters! I had roaches, wolf spiders, and lil field mice year round :{ I lived in a fairly rural area with lots of grasses and lakes around.
That would make sense with the marching then! All the former military vets i know talk about the road marching they had to do!
I myself was rejected from the Army! I was told I was “too much of an individual” in my personality. Also I have nystagmus, and bad vision so the three together was a no go. I really wanted be in the Army too.
This was in 2002 before they loosened up some of the requirements in the states, as I had tattoos and a fully shaved head at the time, this and my eye stuff made them think I was not a good fit, or too much of an individual.
