The push ups seem to be progressing nicely.

Thanks HKD! I filmed a set too, and feel I am doing them right as well! I started this week to add five a day to get to a nice number daily. I’ve noticed pec change!

tried face pulls at the BB gym…I fucking hate any pulley machine in and of itself beside the fact that its a total ground zero for bros to congregate and get selfish with the equipment. I looked around and figured I can do similar movement with db at home, and I will.

What a crappy day you had there. I know your being there, for the dog and owner, was a tremendous help, even if it was not realized at the time.

Your lifting is looking good; Bro’s doin cable flyes you say??? I’m sure your talking about the standing cable station here. Seated row/pulley, or a pulldown machine would work, especially for your height. Or just tell them all “Piss off, I’ve got work to do.” That’s always an option.

Hey Z! UGHHHH its a gigantic magnet for the bros’s and for just normal people who use it…I think the best bet should I want to use it is at butt crack of dawn time…

However. Any type of machine, pulley , cable, sitting down, laying down, whatever type situation movement instantly vaporizes my will to live. I just get incredibly petulant, bored, and over it instantly and flee. NO matta what! Regardless of how logically beneficial the movements might be for me, I choose happiness over them every time.

Push up totals wednesday 70

Push-ups are increasing quickly. Do you you have a goal/number to reach?

Hey HKD! No real goal. I imagine at some point the difficultly or amount of time it takes to complete the daily dose of push ups will limit things. For now I am gunning it out until I hit a road block. Multiple sets of all kinds of reps are making it easier to complete five more a day each day.

Nothing today but cardio and home stuff since its still thawing out.
pull ups 7 sets of 9, misc sets of 5 total of 80
push ups some what ss with the pull ups, but I took a good minute between pull ups and push ups sets of 10-5 for a total of 80

AHHH!! Eric!! >:( Scare away THE Bro’s! Me N Mossi finally were able to get outside on a walk today and it was fairly intense. Not cold but about 65% off it was marching through the nasty packed hard snow the plows push into the sidewalk.

I think I might be even get a bit sore from it in my legs! Like mud marching in clobs of wet sand. I actually feel like I even used my lats a considerable amount of time balancing precariously with a very enthusiastic bounding 90# dog on the leash in the slick, terrible, horrible, hard, unpredictable, disgusting terrain. That sidewalk plow snow is the worst!

UGHHHH I want that set of 190 x 15 badly. Closest so far is 13. I keep getting a bopped out of it! I have allowed a small self reward when I get there, but until then I will chase it. I know I know, but that’s my hungry set…until 200x 10.

Last night at work was not bad at all for a holiday shift! Today was a nice forced non lift day since stuff is closed and its too cold to do anything outside ( 17 degrees --I only go out if its at least 20 for Mossimo’s, my own face and fingers’s sake as well).

Any who, pull ups and push ups today, the food and family gossip to catch up on at my parents.

Pull ups 9 sets of 8, a set of 4
ss sorta with push ups 9 sets of 11, then misc sets for a total of 115

Congrats on hitting 15. 9x8 pull ups qualifies as a training day. You are an extremely powerful woman!

total push ups yesterday 125

I’ve been having some slight right knee pain the last week or so…I am wondering if some part of my form in my front squats is causing this so I’m gong to be filing them more to figure that out. I might need to mess with toe alignment, and of course remind myself “HEELS!” to keep my heels down since I really have trouble doing that.
