Didn’t have to be at work until 4am today but my body was ready to be awake at 1am… ok so I did Mossimo walks in the moonlight for around 1.2 miles. Big giant moon still with shadows and everything.
I DID lift though! After a mini nap again when I got off at 1pm. I did afternoon at the BB gym with no expectations but a decent lil session. Low expectations and a decent time mean its bonus bonus bonus!!! Sleep is super behind but that’s what luxury naps are for.

Today was a party!!! Started at a new gym to me – 24 hour place Snap and Z go to and I had a blast!! I woke up again at 1am totally alert so I headed there around 2:30.

Dead lifts 45x10, 135, 205 – those were hook grip, mixed 285, 340
Anderson zerchers 135x3, 205x2, 245x8, 265 x 2
T bar carries indoors on the runway area- no clue the distance but not super far at all 337# x few trips about , 367# x whatever distance-- Ha! TBar PR!! Ok!
Farmers handle carries 152#/ arm, 162#/ and 172# were all decent amount of distances but not far
182#/arm x maybe ten feet at a time with a stop in there so more like suitcase deadlifts
A single 192#/ arm suitcase deadzo. Tried to get up 202#/ arm but I did not.
182# and 192# hoists per arm are both PRs
Pull ups 8, sets of 5 for so far 41 or so total
NICE giant padded ghr x 10
Mossimo cloudy moon walks x 1.5 miles
Bath and Luxury nap up next!!!
This gymzo time was spread out and long and I loved it! ALLLLLLLLL ALONE after the two others left around 3. I’m glad I treated myself to this!!! Thanks to my buddies who gave me the heads up on it too!!!

The hours are my FAVORITE PART. I heard it gets pretty action packed which is cool …but for me all alone vampire lifting gets the best results. I forgot how much I missed that after dropping 24 Hour Fitness membership 3 years ago and having a place to myself like at I used to at RMLC…lush!
And they have tons of stuff I wanna try without looking like a dweeb! The bars!!! The big giant pad ghr is wonderful!!

Today was just cardio and laundry. I had work done on The Never Ending Tattoo which means a day off pull ups and other lat stretchers.
So elliptical and even the step mill for a bit. Step mills SUCK!!! They have to be the worst form of ss cardio as in its hard and terrible. Too cold for any type of walks today.
Here’s a lil video I found last night that I thought I didn’t take of my first ever 367# tbar lift. True to form with the left knee cave to start the hoist and all. I do have this cave for dead lifts and squats as well.
Its strange since Leftie has been my lift off leg for front and back squats as long as ever I’ve lifted and its weaker–I lift off in a split leg position. I know I can take the time to fix it but I just have not.

I called out of work to black out the house and try and sleep it off. I have to be careful my intake of stuff…this time the culprit must be the valarian root I took last night for a longer sleep! So no moe of that!

I didn’t realize how much I needed a day out of work. I woke up today feeling very refreshed and better then I have in weeks. I even snoozed an alarm which I haven’t done in over a year. I usually wake up before them in anticipation. Good call Migraine! I needed the reminder of who’s really in charge!

I feel much better today. I hope work doesn’t mess it up! I have a “supervisor” who has been newly appointed to her position and is a total joke. She has no business doing her job and she won’t do it of course, she’s lucky she “supervises” people who don’t need direction. She was a joke when she was a just a regular tech! She drives me insane but it usually was harmless and easily ignored or handled.
Now she is taking her newly - and ill advised- position of “leadership” to heart with laughable power trips. She has attempted to display her power to me in total The Office ways (“You really shouldn’t use a whole drawer for your Diet Mnt dews” or “Your undershirt is not an approved color of gray”) just because she knows I am tolerant and even tempered and won’t flat out berate her like everyone else would, but…even I have my limits.

I tried some type of standing donkey kick type machine for glute work! I need to do some butt stuff but I loose interest very quickly in it. The ghr the bb gym got less then 6 months ago is already broken–its some strange style not a standard ghr. I attempted a few times to get some work on it but the pads move way too much.
Yesterday did end up doing more pull ups, and some L sit chins.

In my world (LEO/Military) the growing trend is to promote the dumbest people possible. Those who can actually do the job have to stay where they are because “we need you there, you are the best at what you do” Yeah, ok…piss on me and tell me its raining…Sounds like your world is the same.

Hey HKD!!! Good to hear from you!! One consolidation in my case at least is its helpful to come up with juvenile nicknames for her that I share with my fellow coworkers!!! :D!!
My favorite is Captain Hook ( she slipped on ice outside and was in a sling for 6 weeks and did nothing with her arm for ten weeks milking her injury for all its worth–somehow I correlated this as having a hook for a hand), Captain Cranberry ( dyes here hair red but it turns out Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Red), Captain Kangaroo (because why not?)… I’m busting up typing this even now!! AH HA HA!!! It silly but incredibly useful to disperse anger.

At the annual Turkey Day Feats of Strunght competitions I did not do hot but I did do push ups the first time since April or March and they felt hard but no clavicle pan. I’ll be adding them back in.
