Started to fill up quick at the gym , I was ok stoppin. A lucky discovery, I have enough home wt’s to do some stuff with rows in my living room. As in I am weak enough to not need much!

I have a plenty of plates and the tbar in my car but its stays there so I don’t have to haul them up the three stories to my place.

I will forgo the usual, clever, funny kind of comment…and just ask for my Christmas card early this year (since you have the pic) :wink:

UGH Crap day today for lifting when you feel like it’ll be good but it does not pan out-- ah well. I just could not get it together, form and everything all wild like I forgot how to do a front squat. Days like this are frustrating.

whew…the rows are hard! But an overall good day!

I have also started a daily after work lil home stuff things to do–I like doing small things at home just to do them. Body wt stuff consisting of pull ups, reverse alternating lunges ( just body wt), and chin ups. Started with 10 total pull ups, ten /leg lunges, 10 chin ups and adding one rep a day. I’m on day four-- 14 pull ups, 14 lunges/leg, 14 chins. I am going to see if I can do this for a month.

The pull ups are more arched back then I normal do them in a attempt to work my back more, kinda like sternum pull ups. The lunges I hope help loosen me up a bit and a small nod to the activate butt/hammie action.

Thanks Eric! I’ve seen that Iron Warrior on the website, the lure of a 24/7 all to yourself gym is NICE! Lucky for me my wild bb gym opens up at 3:30am so only the hardbody old school or chill keep-it-to-yourselfers are there at that time.

I had sugar free blackberry jelly which is tasty but sugar free stuff sometimes gives me a full on distended abdomen the next day. Like a stomach , small and large intestines full of air for a good 18 hours. Threw me off a bit being a blimp.

Snap invited me to hang out at a meet in town she was reffing at ( I know! Big time :D!! ) but I had to work. There’s a Dr. at my job who started lifting a while ago’s new coach is the one who held it. She mentioned she dropped by on her lunch break to check it out, she has a bit of the new lifter thrill in her. So she told me about it and its given her a sudden, I guess, liking to me when prior to this she kept messing up my name. Its nice but odd at the same time…worlds colliding. The good thing is she’s starting to really like it, which is always cool. Her eyes light up when she talks about it :wink:

Hey Snap! Yes, Jason is her coach. He’s pretty enthusiastic- from her words- about getting her into meets and stuff. She’s a brand new lifter who’d be in the master’s class if she did. I wonder how it’ll go? She’s an EXCELLENT vet…I admit its nice to see a side of her that is not as serious but fun loving with new-lifter vigor.
