I also only post poses showing the right side because of this same issue, here’s one that doesn’t look too bad.

Jessica Alba in Sin City ?
Lol yeah…that used to be on my wall now it’s on the floor behind my door (except door was closed so it wasn’t hidden in pic)

Honestly bro, I really don’t think your front shot looks as bad as you view it in your mind. Yes, when you look closely, it’s pretty evident that your left collarbone goes out less than your right, and yes, it’s pretty obvious something funky is going on with your left pec. But so fucking what? If it has to do with the way normal people perceive you, I assure you people don’t notice what you think they might.

I have so many issues with the way I’m put together and half the time I’ve discovered people have no clue. They just see a bigger than average guy that they wanna shag.

Seriously though, I think if you maybe hit chest a little more frequently than everything else to give it a little more motivation to grow, and keep doing what you’re doing for everything else, by the time you hit 250, your problem will be less exaggerated. Yes, maybe it will still be visible, but I think with time, it will become less so. I can’t even see anything with your shoulder from the front.

Plus, its kinda rare I think for someone to just stand facing you dead-on and just stare at your torso… usually when we’re shirtless, we’re walking around, turning and shit, and people will never know. Just keep slapping on that mass, get those pressing numbers up on exercises you’re comfortable doing, and go from there.

Oh, and your back is a fucking house, dude.

Still feel like shit Buggy ?

Why do people pull sumo anyways? The only reason I can think to do it is if you are a PLer and want to shorten your ROM. I see no purpose for it whatsoever from a BBing perspective.

I actually agree with this unless maybe if you do it as a hamstring/glute movement.
I’ve just always foobared my back up pulling conventional. It only took me a couple of months to figure out how to pull half way descent with sumo form. Reason I pull sumo is it allows me to deadlift without giving me back pain. Sure there might be better “back” exercises that would promote more muscle. But I like liffting heavy shit off the ground, and I can do that with sumo.

Ya Josh I think you look really solid mane. I reckon if you slap on some more muscle allover your weak points will be harder to point out. And were talking only being noticed by yourself or some judges if you step on stage. Most people wont be able to tell. I’m sure all those hot ass woman you get with at da club don’t mind or can’t tell either. So dont sweat it. Yer arms are swole, and I mistook yer back for my garage door, about parked my car on my computer screen.

HAHAHAHA xb-C, I laughed.

JB, I slept like a fuckin baby. First full nights sleep I’ve had in like 4 days that I didn’t wake up once. Woke up 10 minutes before my alarm went off wide awake and feeling good.

Let’s hope this trend continues.

Josh- What about dumbells and those iso-lateral hammerstrength machines? Can you do those without issues?

Everyone talking about deadlifts hurting their backs: your form sucks and your core is weak. Get your abs and low back stronger and make sure you don’t have any pelvic tilt going on (ie: tight hamstrings) and you will be fine.

I pull conventional on Chest/Back day and I feel fine. I also get almost no soreness in my hams from deads, feel it all in the traps and lats.

Maybe Im just lucky.

lol @ xb-c

30 minutes fasted cardio this morning. Popped two yohimbine beforehand, going to do another one around lunch.

This shit is sick, I’m bouncing off the walls.

Conventional rocks. When it’s heavy I can feel my hamstrings light on fire!

When I first started deadlifting my lower back would tweak. Then I did a shitload of core work. Haven’t had any sort of lower back pain since. I second SH’s notion that you vagina’s need to strengthen your core…

Yep those are currently my main choices for chest. I do DB flat, incline, HS incline, and just starte smith low incline

I’ll try doing weighted ab work. I haven’t done any direct work in two years. I think I have pelvic tilt, my posture is horrible. My calves and hip flexors are very tight so that might be why. I’ll add in weighted decline sit ups and standing weighted crunches.

By the way, Josh your upper back is so wide! When I looked at your picture I didn’t notice until I read what you wrote under. It doesn’t look noticeable to me.

Waylander- Have you thought of competing in powerlifting or strongman? I think you would do very well.

Thanks bug and XB. And XB you made me laugh like an idiot at my work desk lol

We talked about this a while back, while he is beastly, he doesn’t/can’t squat or dead that often without some pain. Though when he does he puts of sick numbers.

In the end, he just isn’t “functional” enough for it

So, I just went and bought a shit ton of fixin’s for Josh’s “taco” style recipe. I’ve basically been eating the same 3 meals for the last months.

Eggs (6-8)
Chicken and pasta
Ground beef and marinara.

those rotated depending on what time of day it was plus protein shakes, so im looking forward to something a bit different.

its more comfortable. the ROM decrease isnt that substantial either.

Funny how getting a tan can make you look about a thousand times better.

Also a liberal application of baby oil doesn’t hurt

So I woke up at 12:30 today with no hangover despite feeling like shit last night round 2. Put away all my bar-related shit in my apartment and threw out my flashcards. I"M FUCKING DONE BITCHES

Absolutely no more school, and after 19 years it’s about damn time.

I have till September 8th till I start my job. Going to a rock show on saturday and a yankee game at the end of the month. Other than that i’m just playin it by ear.

Probably going to the gym to do some cardio today, or fuck maybe i’ll just do a light weight session. Really, really looking forward to trying out the Yates 3 way.

A little late, but my summer finally started.
