The Reverse were rigged differently, so that they were in the middle of the bar, which made me work harder.

I had an incline bench rep competition inbetween the reverse band and jm’s so I stopped doing the JM’s at 2 sets of 5.

I was 197.8 this morning.

In somewhat bodybuilding related news, just put down another lb of ground beef, went to the “ethnic” grocery and bought some amazing picante. Was about 1/3 the price of my usual taco sauce, and it requires putting about a 1/10 of the amount.

Spicy as balls too.

Todays dietary total.

Protein: 334 grams
Carbs: 90 grams (all during/before my workout)
Fat:170 grams.
