My preworkout supps go in 30 minutes before I go train. I have a solid meal 1.5-2 hours before I train.

I eat 1/2c of oats mixed in water and 16oz of OJ about an hour prior to lifting.
If I get the money I might get some WMS, otherwise I will stick with this as I have an abundant amount of oats and OJ.

So I felt kind of sick-ish again today but went in anyways again, but unlike yesterday I really ended up feeling like it was the wrong choice this time.

Anyhow, the workout I got in:

Flat Bench: 45xlots, 135x15, 185x8, 225x10

Incline DB: 40’sx15, 50’sx10, 65’sx8, 85’sx10

Incline DB Fly: 20’sx15, 30’sx15, 50’sx20

Some ab work.

Pretty much every exercise after flat bench I felt like I was ready to yak at any moment, holding it back with deep breaths and lots trips to get a small drink at the fountain. Hope it doesn’t effect my appetite for the rest of the evening, my meal is cooking right now and the last thing I need is lack of calories =[

I just want to say I drank some of my mouthwash and I got sick and puked it back up.
The only good thing about this is it tasted minty and I didn’t need to brush my teeth after I got done ralphing.
