I like drop sets, they work for me. Call them a waste of time or what have you but I like to throw them in to extend the amount time I’m in pain. Not that kind of pain. Working so far. As for the listerine…people why the fuck would I be measuring out 2mL of anything unless I was shooting for a specific dosage? This was my first real delt session after my setback so I’m still taking it easy a bit. Tonight on back I’ll see exactly where I’m at.

Also, I am now going to train legs tonight as well and kick ass. Won;t have time to do so tomorrow so I need to make time to be the best.
Also, will not be drinking again. It sounds all cliche, but I did have a revolution this weekend, and this just sums it up. I’m not going into details, but I really put my life in perspective, I know what I want and know what needs to be done to achieve my goals the fastest.
When I say no more boozing, I mean never again not even on birthdays. If you give yourself leeway you take advantage of it and I’m done.
@Bug, I didn’t booze too hard, and I have no problem acting drunk. I’m so good at pretending (at least in most situations), that people really believe I’m drinking. Better to that that than drink at all.

I’m planning on transitioning to this after I’m done dieting. I’m taking a lower carb, higher fat approach, with most of the carbs being around my workouts three days a week. (The rest are mainly made up with vegetables during the day and oats in the morning.) Obviously this isn’t going to be strict, more of a guideline to stick to so I don’t turn into a fat fuck like last time, haha.
