SSC - why are you not doing the widowmaker in the hack? On my hack squat day I do both the heavy and the widowmaker in there. Last session was 515x8, 385x20. But yah hacks hit my quads way more directly than BB squats so that’s probably why. Plus all leg press are not created equal. I told u that when you called me out the other day for my leg press number being weak on the new one I was using. Irony? Lol

Back to 250lb now but i’m all but living in the lab these days if we can ever sort out the issues with Drug X then there will be a whole pile of happy people !

Fucking miserable week thus far lifting. I attribute it to the extremely muggy, hot weather and a long ass weekend with not much sleep, a lot of alcohol, and smoking…

Anyways the highlights of my lifting this week.

Decided I’d deload on chest day, I was tired, had work in a few hours and wasn’t up to doing much.

Slapped 315 on which should be an easy six reps or so, didn’t need a spot I said to myself, and began lifting. Got 4 reps, went for 5, and than “shit I can’t lock out, let me put the weight on my chest and dump it.” What a great plan when I had my preacher bench and bed next to me and the weights would not fall fully off the bar. So here I am with a bar stuck on my floor and resting on my chest. Then I got pissed off and flung the weights to the ground only to be left with a bruised up, sore rib cage.

Canned the chest workout after four sets of bench.

Did arms today, 175 on BB curls felt like a ton. I did do an easy 135 for 10 which was nice because I remeber when I used to only be able to bench that. Still a shitty workout.

It’ll be nice when the summer distractions are gone and I can fully focus on me and that 600 pound bench, 800 pound deadlift, and 20 plate hack squat I want in the next 5 years or less, along with 23 inch pipes, a 60 inch chest, 35 inch quads sporting a 30 inch wasit, pure freaky.

Apparently plain old back squats don’t build quads…

Lol, the distractions I’m talking about are my friends, as fucked up as it sounds, they’re bad influences because, unlike me, they don’t have physique goals but would rather get fucked up everyday of the week and although I’ve resisted most of the temptation, this weekend I went to a concert and shit happend lol.

I also did drink, so I wouldn’t get to know a really ugly girl, because my mind would’ve exploded if I were sober. The young lady, was my friends girl friends friend. He blew her up saying she was “hot,” “had the ass of a black girl,” “wanted to fuck before she went back home,” which is like 250 miles away, and this is the same friend who months ago tried hooking me up with this random girl from Kentucky, which is on the other side of my country, while I was already doing work with some other girl, and then I had this fat girl trying to get down on me…So I’m not surprised he did this to me again lol. I wonder if he wears his contacts anymore to be honest, I can’t hook up with a girl that has the mouth of a bear trap, and looks like an ape.

And yes the PR’s will be flowing next week, I’ve been writing articles about benching and other stuff for teenbodybuilding.com/bodybuilding.com in order to get store credit to buy supps and I can definetely put out better shit than most of their articles…I think the drop in protein in my diet is not good, although I havn’t seen any real negatives, so after this month I’m hauling ass not only in the gym, but also to make some more money. I almost got a job writing for a cell phone website, but the position became filled by someone else already in the company. I’m an entrepauner by heart so I expect big things for me both in bodybuilding and careers. I’m going pro no matter, whether anyones believes me or not, I believe in me. God gave me the tools, it’s up to me to use them.

And actually this is the first week this summer I didn’t hit a PR, so actually lucky for you I’ll be hitting your numbers a week later than I planned hahh ;).
