She just wanted some of your man juice brother! Sounds like a great gal if you ask me hahaha.
Head over to IM, there is another DC split which is 4 days a week I believe. I haven’t looked into it myself but the info is over there, although I’m fairly sure Dante strongly recommends against it. Maybe you should look into a 5 day split or something different?[/quote]
Yeah. I’m loving DC. But, I’m getting bored with the downtime. I was thinking of maybe a 3 on 1 off split. But incorporate DC style rest-pauses into it where possible. Anyone try something like that before?
A workout:
Back/Bi’s
2back width
1back thick
2 bi’s
Chest/Tri’s
3chest
2tri’s
Legs/Shoulders
3legs
2shoulders
Day off
B workout:
Back/Bi’s
1back width
2back thick
2 bi’s
Chest/Tri’s
3chest
2tri’s
Legs/Shoulders
3legs
2shoulders
Day off
I would rotate these two workouts. What do you guys think?
JB: I just got lucky man. It sucks cause she’s leaving to go back stateside in a month too. And no clue how much longer I’ll be out here. The money is pretty freakin’ good. And life is stress free for the most part.
Thanks for your answers. Hopefully he can answer when he comes back. New strategy for fasting now. I’m gonna split my meal that I have before sunset into two and wake up at 330. I finished eating fifteen minutes ago and I realized that forcefeeding myself one big meal at 4 in the morning isn’t too high on my list of fun things to do.

My last post was regarding patrick’s workout.
The way I see it with forearms, they are Straight setted for a reason(I don’t know the reason) so I would personally listen to Dante who seems to really know his shit then my inexperienced self. Forearm exercises typically still involve a bit of bicep, so it may be an injury prevention thing.
uploaded a new picture in my profile today, sometimes it sucks being taller but i guess its given me good reason to eat more and get bigger delts lol, you can’t see my traps in the picture cause of the angle but they are still a dominant body part
Was going to take the day off. But I thought Fuck It!
Awesome day at the gym.
BB Incline Press
185x15RP
DB Seated Press
55x21RP
Bent-Over Rope Extension
150x15RP
Wide-Grip Lat. Pulldown
77x26RP
Deadlift
345x9 + 365x4
I forgot to try the 4 banger first on the deadlifts. Still had a pretty bad ass workout session. I did 225 a shitload of times for some volume at the end.

Man I have been plateauing like a mother fucker lately. Aiming for higher reps on the big lifts is killing me.
Oh, also on another note, my right lat (that’s right just one) has randomly exploded in size and now there is a significant difference in size between the left and right side. This just became apparent like 3 days ago.
Right leg bigger than left, right lat bigger than the left…FML.
Is this how it works as you get bigger lol? Constantly spending time trying to correct imbalances?
Yeah so I’ve got this tweak in my lower back, it isn’t a pain or anything it just feels like it needs to be popped…but normally if that was all I’m sure it’d be gone already, I’ve been experiencing it for like almost two weeks now. I feel it whenever I squat with anything heavier than 185lbs, this is also in conjunction with me noticing that lately I’m losing my arch when I get to parallel, so I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I’m a little paranoid when it comes to injuries, especially lower back ones…
I’m going to start foam rolling, stretching my hamstrings regularly, and working on hip mobility pretty aggressively every day, to try and correct the arch problem. Until then…I think my leg and back days will be devoid of heavy squatting or deadlifting, until that damn creak goes away. This sucks because what with now having the large university gym just minutes away and access to a meal plan, I was definitely planning on making the fastest gains possible this school year.
So i’m gonna try to aggressively fix this so I can get back to the heavy squatting n deadin ASAP. Wish me luck.

If it helps you feel better my right everything is bigger than my left side, even my lat - though I blame most of it on my broken bones on the left side. lol
I think I’m done with lat pulldowns. I dont feel them working in my lats much at all, just in my biceps. I tried not worrying about weight today and focusing on squeezing my lats but even so I didn’t get much out of them. Might give rack chins a try next week.
Seated Row
