Squat: 365x5(315 felt heavy as fuck so I didn’t try for 405 again); 225x20(not widowmaker, just straight 20)
SLDS: 225x20(really worked the stretch this week with some lighter weight and really controlled reps)
Calves/leg curls/extensions: stuff

Don’t really know what to think about the day, 365x5 isn’t bad, but I can only imagine I’d have gotten more if 315 feeling so heavy wasn’t weighing(lolpun) on my mind. The SLDL’s felt really good in the hams though even with much lighter weight.

rack chins
10 poundsx8…+10 pounds, same reps. Second time doing these, but first time with a wide grip

db rows
105x10…+2 reps. Last time I had to rest pause to get to 9, this time i got 10 straight reps

db shrugs
315x3…-1 rep, I’m gonna have to go much lighter on these because it’s hard to lift up the barbell when my lowerback is dead from rack pulls

Might as well put up my progress so far, since Ramadan is on Saturday and my bulking will stop for a few weeks

I’ve been lifting ever since I’ve been in fifth grade, but this summer is the first time I’m actually making good progress

I started my bulk on 6/15…at the beginning my lifts were

Deadlift: 315x1
Bench press: 180x1
db row: 70x10
High incline seated press:130x1

Bodyweight: 165 pounds

And now my lifts are

Deadlift: 385x1, absolutely positive i could get 405, 385 is like 95% of my max
Bench press: 205x2…could’ve progressed much more but I stupidly kept sticking with very low reps the whole summer and this is the first time I’m actually training triceps and shoulders consistently
db row:105x10
High incline seated press: 155x5

Bodyweight now: 210 pounds

Arms went from 13.75 inches to a little over 15.25 inches
legs went from a little less than 26 inches to a little less than 28

Those were the only measurements i took at the beginning

I have gotten some stretch marks on my arms and a little on my legs

I spent a lot of time reading everything by Professor X Cephalic_Carnage Waylanderxx and MODOK and have gained a lot of knowledge from them. Thank you all for helping me so much and thank you Austin for critiquing my routine. This is just the beginning though. One Ramadan ends I will continue to bulk.

So I have this friend at work, it’s a female friend and we get along well, she’s a very flirtatious young lady even though she has a boyfriend. I would consider her one of my best friends at work.

Well I guess she doesn’t feel the same because after a night at work which I felt to be a normal night, I get a phone call in between sets of deadlifts and it’s my manager. She starts off with “I don’t know what the fuck you are doing to said girl, but you need to quit harrassing her and I will not stand for you putting her down.” Granted my manager is a girl because any dude talking to me like that manage or not would be picking a serious fist fight. She goes on to say I’m lazy and don’t give a fuck about best buy. Supposely the girl called her and told her I was an asshole and lazy.

My retarded manager, who does not know here thumb from her ass, would only listen to the girls side. I was in shock because it was a normal evening. The girl was happy and flirty and then calls the boss to tell her I’m lazy. I’m thinking this bitch wants the dick but knows I won’t give it to her so she’s mad.

She even bought me dinner last night… WTF what a psycho and how fucking dare you interupt my DL session Because you’re a sympathetic bitch on her period I even skipped rows because I was so so angry. Fuck.

Do you guys get any anxiety before doing widowmakers or something? lol…Every time before I start my heart starts beating really fucking fast and my breathing heavy.

Kind of funny, you know back in the day when we all had our growth spurts how your body would misjudge it’s ability to fit through spaces? Like I would always stub my toe on the door frame or just walk into it with my shoulder when I fully expected to make it through.

Happens with the sauce too, I keep ramming my shoulder into door frames lol.

Because of the previous bullshit I decided to go a little bit lighter then normal and really stretch on my hamstrings. Ended with 275x9.

What pissed me off most about today was that I was wicked pumped and full of energy, and then BAM I just hit a brick fuckin’ wall. Usually I push through them. I can only think of one or two times where I have hit a brick wall I couldn’t climb over… I’d say “Oh well, everyone has a bad day” But fuck that. There will be hell to pay next time I’m in the gym!

Yeah it does sound pretty ridiculous…I’ve never seen anyone put on that much weight that fast and it not be a LOT of fat gain. I’d like to see some pics too.
