Those were the only measurements i took at the beginning
I have gotten some stretch marks on my arms and a little on my legs
I spent a lot of time reading everything by Professor X Cephalic_Carnage Waylanderxx and MODOK and have gained a lot of knowledge from them. Thank you all for helping me so much and thank you Austin for critiquing my routine. This is just the beginning though. One Ramadan ends I will continue to bulk.
165-210 in about 2 months?! Am I reading that wrong? 45 pounds in a little over 2 months…

Yeah it does sound pretty ridiculous…I’ve never seen anyone put on that much weight that fast and it not be a LOT of fat gain. I’d like to see some pics too.
I’ll try to get pictures up if i can figure out how to use my camera. I was kinda underweight and went from eating twice a day to eating 6-8 times a day. Everyone who hasn’t seen me since june is really surprised when they see me. I’ll try to get pictures up later.

Yeah man get some up when you can before/after if possible…not tryin to hate on it at all. That’s some ridiculous progress and beyond impressive if the gains are even like 50/50.
