But yeah, no matter what happens, my heart is always beating really fast. I usually (before Rack Pulls as well) stop and take 5-10 really deep, slow breaths just to slow it down and focus a bit.

She starts off with “I don’t know what the fuck you are doing to said girl, but you need to quit harrassing her and I will not stand for you putting her down.” Granted my manager is a girl because any dude talking to me like that manage or not would be picking a serious fist fight. She goes on to say I’m lazy and don’t give a fuck about best buy. Supposely the girl called her and told her I was an asshole and lazy.

My retarded manager, who does not know here thumb from her ass, would only listen to the girls side. I was in shock because it was a normal evening. The girl was happy and flirty and then calls the boss to tell her I’m lazy. I’m thinking this bitch wants the dick but knows I won’t give it to her so she’s mad.

She even bought me dinner last night… WTF what a psycho and how fucking dare you interupt my DL session Because you’re a sympathetic bitch on her period I even skipped rows because I was so so angry. Fuck.

Thank you all for helping me so much and thank you Austin for critiquing my routine. This is just the beginning though. One Ramadan ends I will continue to bulk.

I’ll try to get pictures up if i can figure out how to use my camera. I was kinda underweight and went from eating twice a day to eating 6-8 times a day. Everyone who hasn’t seen me since june is really surprised when they see me. I’ll try to get pictures up later.

I worked at best buy in high school, it is EXTREMELY easy to have managers and supervisors fired, we did it all the time, just give it some thought.

Josh: my forearms aren’t really that big I don’t think. I’m gonna chalk the pic up to 1) before I started leaning out a bit and 2) just one of those instances where a certain pose/pic can make people look bigger than they are.

I haven’t really put much focus on my forearms, except that I did DC for a year so I had one set every few days. I noticed my brachialis really popped up during this time.

I’ve always been a fan of hammer curls and reverse curls and such…have always had at least one of them in my routines and I still think my forearms suck. And I can alt hammer curl the 85s for 10+ reps per side. So I dunno wtf. Think I’m gunna stop upping weight and focus on form/contraction.

My phone is what I use for my music, always streaming music from Pandora or picking a specific song on youtube to pump me up…and nothing fucks my shit up worse than getting a phone call during a set because it cuts my music off. Most people know to never call me around the time I’m training tho so it rarely happens.

I did my deadlifts at home actually cause the gym was going to b closed by the time I got their. So with that being said I had my phone in my room. Plus like Josh I use pandora and my phone is an iPod too.

About my manager and this girl. Well I talked to a co worker and he said that what happend was rediculous so I have some people

So one of my buddies at work is friends with this Vietnamese girl that works in our office, and she calls me “Scary looking” (which I’m perfectly ok with lol)…and today she made some amazing tasting beef to go with her rice and such and she was like “Ohhh try some, tell me if you like it”, so I ate some and I liked it…so then she gave me a bunch of it…and I had already cooked my ground beef + shredded cheese. So today’s lunch was extra large, and damn it felt good to eat all that beef. Mmmmm!
