Unfortunately I have suustained a pretty serious double break to my tib and fib, playing soccer. To make things worse, soccer isn’t my main interest, that’s bodybuilding and nutrition. I know I face a long road back to the gym, but does anyone have any info regarding nutrition and supplements during healing and rehab or any cutting edge literature sources?
To be honest I’m knowlegable and capable to do most of this research myself, however my injury has severely inhibited my energy and academic application at the moment. Any help would be really appreciated, Cheers guys.
