Brock, why is Laurie discouraged? Her progress is well-beyond what has been planned.
Laurie, I got discouraged before cuz my progress was BEHIND the schedule, and I got frustrated and gave up for 2 months, and holy crap, now I’m 2 steps behind, and I’m not gonna look as good as I want to be for my vacation, but so what? I just have to refocus and do it again, right?
You got Brock and every T-persons behind you, so you’ll be great. I’d also love to hear about your experience with fat fast – how you felt initially, etc. I seem to turn into a royal b***** whenever I reduce my carb drasically.
This body transformation journey is not luck, but hard work, and I know you’ll do fabulously! Keep going and I look forward to seeing your final results.
Stick in there, Laurie! Remember that when you reach your goal, you can lighten up a bit and just maintain what you have. The fight is always hard, but it just makes the victory sweeter. Great job so far, now get greedy and see how far you can go! You’re getting the best advice and the best supplements money can buy and you get them for free!!! Take advantage of that.
Laurie,
Girl get over that discouraement. DO you know that you are an inspiration to manyof us who want to be where you are? I have lost 13lbs. Which I feel is a great progress, but youhave lost 40+!!!
e started out similar I weighed 275 to start. at 5’7". Our stature is similar. I would love to be where you are. To have someone like Brock helping me. But through your efforts, you and Brock are helpng the rest of us.
All the things I want to do. Throw away old fat clothes, not feel the rolls on my waist. Stop walking and have my thighs and butt stop atthe same time. No jiggle, no flab quake.
Laurie, you are where I want to be so bad. On my plan, it would take me about 6 minths to et there, not 6 weeks.
Buck up lady. Get your rear back in the gym. Chuck down that protein shake, and know that all the fat women of america are routing for you. At least this one is.
Oh, and be on report, that although I’m doing this by myself, my plan is to beat our results. So not only am I here to encourage you, but I’m also here to challenge you.
Big Rosie, on your heels.
You are the one, Laurie.
Keep your head up, girl! Keep the fire going!
Many of us have you in our thoughts. Believe it, it is true!
When you succeed with this, I am going to show the results to my sister who is grossly overweight and suffers from low self-esteem. I hope that when she sees what you have accomplished, she will, at least, believe that she could try. Right now, she has no motivation. Thanks for setting the bar for others.
GREAT job keep it going! I guessing from Brock’s last post you lost close to 60lbs … you have come too far to get discouraged. Hell go buy a SMALLER outfit and wear it to the gym!
Brock, you know that when you complete project Hulk that there will be a lot of skeptics claiming that you had your subject juiced to the gills and/or full of illegal ancillary drugs. I know it would be very expensive, but how about having your lab rat appropriately tested for all of the illegal goodies to shut up the naysayers? Just a thought.
I’m totally interested in finding out what this Fat Fast is all about. I’m needing to lose about 20lbs and Laurie’s results are amazing.
Can you send me some info?
PRESS ON. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Calvin Coolidge (1872–1933), U.S. president.
Laurie, it appears by the show of support you
have received that "you're" already a success!
Keeping this thread going strong. COme on y’all, let’s keep Laurie encouraged.
BUMP!!!
BUMP!!!
BUMP!!!
I have ordered my supplements. The Maximize Fat loss Kit.
I’m starting my Fat fast Monday.
Watch out Laurie, rosie is nippng at your heels. A little friendly copetition is healthy, especially when we both will win with brand new bodies and health spectrums.
Keep Going Laurie! You’ve inspired me to start the fat fast this week. So far I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m flying high! So you must feel that much better losing 40+. It’s a tough program but it’s not forever. You will get to where you want to be. I can see you have that determination. Stick to it, we’re all behind you.
Hey Rosie…congrats on starting Monday. I’m starting in three weeks, inspired by Laurie and Brock’s article. Please keep up up to date on your progress.
How did you determine your calorie levels? I’m a little confused because it seems the fast for women has you eating a lot more calories than the fast for men. Also, have you thought about what kind of workouts you’re going to do? Keep us posted!
Also, Laurie, how about coming on the board and giving us an update of your progress? How’s it going? What are the particular challenges you’re facing?
depressed laurie? I can’t imagine why, but could you do this? Go to the supermarket and look at a 10 lb block of lard. Now iamgine that taking up even more room, (densities are different than BF I believe) and imagine that on your body as it is now. Please stay motivated, cheat smart on your cheat days, and please report the level of your success.
I don’t know why you’re getting discouraged, but you’ve made great progress thus far; stick to it! You obviously have a great deal of willpower and stamina to do this kind of program.
Just want to add my congrats here…incredible progress! And an inspiration to all. When she’s done, I suggest that we send the pics over to FAATA (or whatever the acronym is) and start a good flame war! In the meantime, how about having Laurie herself post a bit on this thread? I’m sure a lot of people would love to talk with her…
