Brock's Female Fat Fast

I am excited that Brock is continuing his Fat Fast experiment. I have used the Fat Fast in short cycles and really got great results. As for Laurie, hang in there. 32 pounds lost in less than 6 weeks is AWESOME. You are going to have a great summer. Can’t wait for more pics. I do have a few questions though:

The diet was for Sunday through Friday. What’s up with Saturday? Also, Brock, would you use the 6 week supplement cycles with a male client with respect to prohormone usage? Would you recommend Tribex and M somewhere in there? Is Laurie going to take old T2 and new T2 Pro at the same time? Finally, what does her 3-day split look like? Interested in number of sets, reps, choice of exercises? Thanks again for continuing the project, Brock. And Laurie, I am proud of you. It takes a lot of courage to do what you are doing but I know you won’t regret it.

Yeah good luck to Laurie. I hope you reach all of your goals.

Brock I'm curious why did you lower the fat percent from 50% to 40%? Thanks.

Go girl!

Really quickly: Saturdays off the diet because
this is a 36 week diet and no human would ever
make 36 weeks of no carbs, she’d crack, she
needs (and deserves) a cheat day. As for men…I have already discussed this

I am not willing to post her 3 day split here
now…it will be in the next installment
though  Actually, Laurie is down to 209#
now, that article was completed some time
ago…So since January 1st she has lost 41#.
Pretty good if you ask me!!!

More info is forthcoming, please keep this
thread going, any little show of support can
help Laurie with this amazing and difficult
task at hand.

Brock

Congrats to Laurie! Keep up the good work. Brock should send a copy of the final results to the Fattie Acceptance Club mentioned on the other threads. Can we see some intermediate pictures instead of waiting 36 months? I’m trying to get my wife off the couch.

Laurie, the Fat Fast works, it worked for me and for a bunch of people on this forum and whoever we’ve come across who had the guts to do it. And it sounds like it is working for you too! All that is standing between you and great health and confidence is time, patience and dedication. And now for the mandatory catch phrazes: YOU GO GIRL! TALK TO THE HAND! WHATCHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS!

Good luck Laurie!!!

How about a T-mag contest where the winner gets a date with Laurie? Even without seeing the results of her program, I think her drive and determination make her attractive.

Laurie, I want to wish you the best of luck in your endeavors with Brock. I will be following your progress closely and on pins and needles. My wife is in a very similar situation and has been upset over her appearance for quite some time. I am hoping that with your progress, I will be able to show her something that will help her. Outsanding accomplishment on your progress thus far.

I find it truly admirable that Laurie has found the strength to fight the complacentcy most others are afflicted with. Welcome to our exclusive world!

Laurie, way to go! You have much to be proud of! My 22 year old daughter started Atkins Diet the first of November, has lost 72 pounds. She takes no cheat days, even through Thanksgiving and Christmas, sez she’ll never go to eating the old way(both hands). Hydroxycut, mrbs, and protein is all she eats. We went to the Arnold which re-upped her commitment.Keep going Laurie, you’ be soooo happy!

Wow! Good job on the progress so far Laurie!! Keep it up. I noticed when I fasted that 1 scoop of PowerDrive really helped me if you’re not already doing that. I didn’t see it mentioned in the article. How are you staying energized through this thing? Is the MD6 helping? Do you feel sluggish? My wife is considering doing the same thing, however she is skeptical because last time she tried and failed after 2 weeks due to low energy levels. I’m trying to figure out a way to have her succeed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can do it Laurie!

Stay with it, Laurie. The best is yet to come.

No need to fear Laurie Underdog is here for you

First, congrats to Laurie! I think that once she reaches her goals she will be a profound inspiration to not only women but simply those that truly want to transform themselves.

Hey, Brock: why the CLA? Do you have new info. that it will make a measurable difference?

Great job Laurie. I know how tough it is to look in the mirror at an image your not happy with and make the commitment to change. But you’ve made the commitment and stuck to it for 41 lbs. That’s incredible. Stick with it, we’re all rootin for you.

Well done Laurie! I’ve been struggling to achieve my more modest fat-loss goals and I find you to be an inspiration. After reading about your efforts I’ve got myself back on track with my diet and believe once more that I can achieve what I set out to. Thanks!

Congratulations Laurie! You are an inspiration!
To Brock: Thanks for developing a female diet plan. I’ve been getting advice from this site through my fiance for a little over a year now, but it’s all very male (obviously). I’m curious too about your workout plan, but my own muscle man has been helping me out there. I’m also confused somewhat about supplementation. I’d like to take MD-6 and anything else that would help me make progress, but I’m concerned about how it would interact with the synthroid (doctor prescribed a few months ago. I’m on .075 mg). I never knew that you could get a prescription for that for use in weight loss. My doctor said according to the blood test, my levels are “normal” now, but other than 1 or 2 little changes, I haven’t noticed any difference. I lift and do cardio 3 days a week since January and I’m mostly following an isocaloric diet. I’ve stayed in the same 5 lb range the whole time, but I"ve lost 1/2 an inch on all my body measurments. I’m frustrated, but at least it’s a little progress. As soon as lent is over (can’t do a fat fast and fast from meat at the same time), I’m doing this thing!
Thanks!

Laurie… just want to say that putting it out there for everyone to see takes guts and determination!! No doubt that you will succeed in your personal goals, but what’s more… just think of all the people you will inspire! Go get 'em, Laurie!!
