Laurie, hang in there. The diet’s incredibly hard, but it is worth it. To help lift your spirits, stand in front of a full-length mirror, standing in a pair of slacks you wore before you started this. Show yourself the progress you’ve made! God bless, kiddo…

Could you please give some advice for the after fat fast diet how to stabilize bodyweight for men, I want to loose 60 pounds of pure fat and want to cycle it 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off plus cytomel, what do you think about it and what to do after??? I think many people would be helped by you answer, particularly those like me who have a slow even very slow metabolism and are afraid about the after fat fast. Thanx Brock for helping all of us, what you make in this site is great!!!
I just wanted to bump this thread back up and send some encouragement your way Laurie. If you need some more motivation read through the Getting Ripped Support Group thread. You are not alone. Whether you have 5 or 150 lbs to lose, cutting cycles are tough. Keep up the good work!
Brock - When is the next update coming out?
Jason - thoughtful as always.
Laurie, I just wanted to say that I recently went back and reread the article, and you're an incredible inspiration. A friend of mine is looking into losing a lot of weight, and after she read about the female fat fast, she was blown away. Keep it up, T-Vixen.
Laurie, I’m a personal trainer. If you’re reading this thread, I was wondering if you could give some feedback that may help me with some of my clients who are facing similar challenges that you face. It sounds like you’ve already made more progress than most people ever make. Congrats, and keep up the good work. I tried the fat fast and it was the hardest approach to diet I’ve ever taken. I only lasted a few days on it and I’ve tortured myself with many different types of diets in the past. Stay focused and strong and I know you will achieve your goals. You have the best people in the business behind you.

Laurie, you are doing great. You are an inspiration to everyone on the Board. You are walking the walk. Bravo!!
What’s the progress? Last post was on the 9th of April…Laurie…I just started this diet after reading through these threads and you helped to motivate me to get me stared! Keep up the fantasic work! It’s not easy, but there are a lot of people supporting you! Go, go, go Girl!
Laurie, you are doing great. hang in there!!! Nothing to be down about. When u are wearing a teenie weenie bikini, and eveyone is gawking at you thinking lustful thoughts, than it will be well worth it all.
You are doing great girl. keep up the good work. You are an inspiration to all of us. Brock, I would like to follow the Female Fat Fast, but androgen supplements are a big no no for me (I have PCOS and already have an male adrogen problem that I am seeing an endocronolgist for) and I cant get any T2. I would just like to know can I just use the T2Pro instead, and ditch the adrogens altogether and still get great results the way Laurie is???
Laurie, I am very happy for you and proud of you. You are an ordinary person doing extraordinary stuff. Not many people have the heart, determination, sacrifice and guts to do what you do, what we do on this website. You are not just doing this for you, but for your family, for us “and the millions, and millions of Laurie fans around the world.” We need you to do this and give hope to others. We believe in you and wish you the best.
Laurie, you have done amazing things in such a short period of time. Many people never get the results that you’re getting. Big time results take time and a consistent effort. Never look back and continue to forge ahead with your progress. You have already shown us that you have what it takes to get the job done. The rewards of a healthier/leaner you are just the beginning.
Make us proud Laurie!!!We will back you ALL THE WAY!!!
