Let me know if I’m in the wrong forum, but I’m looking for info on injection sites for BPC 157 to address medial epicondylitis and a sore LCL.
I’ve googled a ton and I’ve been on TRT for a few years so I’m generally familiar with injection sites. However, I’d like to get the BPC 157 as close to the repair sites as possible, and I don’t know much about injections outside of the standard sub Q or IM areas.
I’m not trying to stick a needle directly into my elbow or knee (I’m not completely stupid), but I want to know where I can pin around my elbows/knee. Can I just pull up some skin near my elbow and inject subQ style there? Or for elbow, should I do IM into my tricep?
For knee, I can do quad IM, which is decent proximity, but is there anywhere else near my LCL that I can target?
Again if there’s a better forum let me know, and thanks!
From my understanding, as close as possible to the injury the better. Its water based and sub Q is easiest. I injected right into the most painful spot for my rotator cuff (post surgery) and it seemed to help healing quite a bit.
Thanks. I made my post more complicated than it should have been. Not sure if you have input on this, but the actual question should have been:
Can I just pull up skin anywhere near the injury and inject into there? I’m seeing people on other forums who have done this with BPC (some of them are pinching the skin with a clothespin or binder clip type thing). I don’t have fatty deposits near these injuries, it’s just flesh, but I’m guessing I can just inject anywhere near the injury that I can pull up enough skin at?
You can. For my shoulder I just injected (with an insulin needle) directly into the muscle. For something like a knee, I would try the skin pinch and inject at the base of the pinch.
I think it was @hardartery that used BPC to treat his elbows. Maybe he will chime in here.
What works best for me is poke around and find the spot it hurts the most. Then pinch up some skin right over that spot and inject the BPC 157 in the space below the pinched skin. The recommended dose is 250mcg I did 300 in each forearm for my forearm pain. The first time I used BPC157 it took about 3 weeks of daily injections.
I went through 10mg of BPC 157 to treat both my elbows. I injected right over the most sore area (used clothespins to pull the skin away, then did subQ into the flesh).
Honestly it seems to have lived up to the hype. I am back doing pullups again, with none of the horrible medial epicondylitis pain I used to get after even 1 or 2 sets.
Even if I have to re-use this stuff down the road, I’m very happy with it. I am going to move on to treating my knees. It’s cheap, fairly easy to use, and seems to work very well. Thanks to everyone who weighed in.
Hi mate. Any update on your elbow pain?
I have been in awful pain with both elbows for the last 6 months. Have tried hot/cold, I wear supports, tried training through, stretching, taken way to much ibuprofen, etc but just getting worse. I read about BPC 157 and have bought 3 x 5mg vials, some syringes and 10ml of mixing water. So was going to start with 2ml of water mixed with 5mg vial. I read that would give me 200 units where 10 units (0.1ml) equates to 250mcgs. I weight 100kg.
Would you recommend 0.1 ml (250mgs) into one elbow in morning and then the same in the evening? And did you just inject under the skin or deeper?
Wow this is a blast from the past but it’s funny cause occasionally I think back about this and am thankful for BPC.
I can’t speak to dosing or constitution but I can say my elbows are doing well. Worth noting I also kept at the therabar, made sure to really really rest and recover my elbows, and regularly massaged the area to break up scar tissue is key. You’ll see self massage a lot on “how to fix elbow pain” videos and for me this was one of the key puzzle pieces. These can be frustrating injuries, but take a longer term view and know that down the road your elbows can be better. I’ve gone on to get into powerlifting and I’m well into the 1000# club with no elbow issues. Not that that’s so impressive, but just to say my elbows are working the way I’d want them to.
I would honestly stack BPC with TB500. They work amazingly well together.
Typical dosage that i use for injury is 500mcg/day BPC and 5mg/wk TB500 split into (2)2.5mg injections. I inject all at the site but both are systemic so it’s not super important but no reason not to.
Usually run this for 4 weeks. By 2 weeks you usually feel pretty good but 4 weeks seems to be the ticket.
You would obviously want to rest the areas of injury but I have gotten relief still pressing on with training. The other must is getting the peptides from a good source. There is a lot of crap bein gsold out there.
Thank you for the advice. Very sound and I will look into TB500 as well. Your advice aligns with what I was going to do which gives me confidence. Still keeping the stretching going and fingers crossed.
Since this has resurfaced and I’ve long been curious, where the hell do people buy this stuff?
What kind of “banned” is it?
Why isn’t it commercially available? Is there a pill form?
There are many sites that sell it but only some that i would consider legit products
umbrellalabs dot is
researchchemicals dot co
aminoasylum dot shop
Yes, RCS actually has a bpc/TB combo pill.
They also have nasal sprays for some products.
Personally i have had success with the protocol above and would just order injectables.
Yes its tennis elbow but mainly right on the actual bone tip of the outer elbow and mostly when the arm is straighter. I’ve been in agony for ages tbh and its worse first thing in the morning
My syringes, BCP and mixing water arrived this morning actually. I got mine from tridentpeptide dot com who seem to be well recommended. (I am in UK). So once I mix up a 5mg vial with water should I just fill a syringe and store in the fridge then use twice a day? Are there any tips for storage? And finally and verification of dosage for someone who is 100Kg? Thanks guys
I’ve dealt with this many times over the years. It sucks and is hard to get rid of. Are you doing any sort of PT? This is super important to keep the tendon going through the range of motion. Simple exercises like this program done evrey day will help you in the right direction.
Once any peptide is mixed it needs to be kept cold in the fridge. Get some insulin syringes and do (2) 250mcg shots per day(500mcg total daily) I would use separate syringes for each shot.
Do yourself a favor and get some TB500 as well. 5mg/week in (2)2.5mg shots. There is great synergy with these 2 products and it will speed up the process. Plan on running 4 week and see where your at. I would order extra in case you need it. I always keep a 4 week supply in case something comes up. That way you can treat it immediately. The longer something like this if lefy untreated the harder it is to treat.
