Tendinitis/peptide help

Hey all, new here.

I started lifting heavier and gaining muscle, and along with the gains, I am the proud new owner of some tendon/elbow pain from my recent foray into 30 pound bicep curls.

I bought some peptides, specially BPC157 and TB500. However, being new to peptides and receiving no instruction, I’d love some advice on how to mix each with bacteriolostatic water, correct starting dosage, location, tactic.

Also just any advice on healing this so I don’t experience too much of a setback. Thanks in advance.

My typical dossage is as follows

TB500-5mg/wk split into 2 2.5mg shots
BPC157-500mcg daily
Run this for 4-6 weeks. Usually after 2 you will notice a huge difference.
I suffered a long time with elbow issues from heavy curls. The remedy is lighten the weight and stay away from reverse curls. When you build back to heavier curls go very slow. If you can’t do them with perfect form your risking injury.
Use this to calc mixing and injecting.
Feel free to ask any additional questions.

I’ll add that you probably want to inject near the injury.
I always did subq pins for this, though it’s probably fine to do IM as well.

Congrats on the 30lb curls!
But you’re going to want to lower weight and increase reps.

I have my clients drop weight down to something they can hit for 30+ reps and push it until 50, then increase weight and rep until 50.
I have them repeat this until they arent feeling pain.
*i usually recommend this to failure, and only with exercises that dont cause pain.

The theory is that the lighter weight with higher reps trains the tendons alongside the muscle, whereas heavier weights really only train the muscle.

Thanks man, I really appreciate the advice. Just a noob question, why mcg for the BPC157 and mg for the TB500?

Thank you so much, I actually was starting to wonder how we are supposed to be certain that our tendons are being strengthened as well.

That is just the typical measurement for BP7 while TB is typically measured in mg.
1mg+1000mcg so 500mcg would be .5mg.
Did you check out the peptide calculator?

I did, still a little uncertain here. I have 1
.0 ml syringe. On the calculator, it’s telling me

But my syringe looks like

So pulling to the 10 would be a whole ml…

THat will work but the needle is big.
You’ll wanna get some insulin syringes.
This is what I use.

What is the MG vial of the product you have?

A big needle doesn’t bother me. I have 10 MG vials.

So 10mg peptide with 2ml of water and a 500mcg dose you would pull to 10 on the syringe.

Which would be all the way full, right?

Sorry on your syringe it would be .1
The first tic mark.
The peptide calc assumes an insulin syringe which has different markings

Thank you!

So, .1 for BPC157. How much for TB500?

TB would be 5mg/wk split into 2 shots
How much in your vial?

10 MG, but again I have 1 ml syringes

TB500 10mg
1ml syringe
2ml water
2.5mg(2500mcg) x 2 per week
pull to .5 on your 1ml syringe

Awesome, thanks so much dude. Really appreciate the help.
