Can you advise on mixing the TB500? I’m going to get some and its a 5mg vial. So do I just put 1ml in the vial and do 0.5 ml each injection (say one on Monday and one on Friday) which would give me 2.5mg in each?
Thank you for the exercises. I am doing some of these and have bought the blue twist stick also. I have tried training through it but it just made it worse the day after
Use this link for mixing instructions. You input what you have, how much water and your dosage and it will show you how much to inject.
500mcg BPC daily
5mg/week TB500 divided in to 2 weekly shots.
For the stick twist i have found using something long like a hockey stick and going very slowly/deliberate with you movements gives you a great stretch. Like a windmill back and fourth. That has been the single best exercise i feel. With any of the movemements do not overload them. Just a nice easy movement to start. As you feel better then increase the intensity a bit. It’s def a slow process especially if it’s been inflamed for a while.
Sorry to sound stupid but is that the whole 5mg vial in 2 shots over the week? So if I fill the syringe with 1ml of liquid its 0.5ml in both injections to get the 5mg whole vial?
Correct
Just another question. 2 weeks into BPC and TB500 and it feels a little easier to lift my hand back but it has started to feel quite stiff and sore
despite stretching. Is this normal during healing?
I have had the stiffness while healing. It’s not from the drugs it’s from tendon adhesion/shortening. Make sure your pushing the range of motion on the stretches. Are you doing the hockey stick thing? That seemed to help the most.
Might not be a bad idea to go for some graston on that area as well.
Hi I just want to ask if you feel any improvement at all after these two weeks as I also have tennis elbow I have already had one operation there but now I would like to try bpc 157 before I have another operation thanks ?
Hi. Sorry for the delay in answering. So I have been doing the BPC and TB-500 stack. This is now week 7 and I can say that my arms have improved by about 40%, which given they have just got worse over the past year despite all, I feel is a amazing improvement. I can now straighten my arms and raise my hand up without aid which was impossible. Just trying more rehab with the rubber twist tube and band. Lots of stretching. The one thing I want to find it what exercises to do, post rehab ones, to support the tendon in the future?
That’s exactly it, supporting the tendons with muscle so the tendons aren’t forced to carry so much of the burden. You used the therabar to get to a good baseline and now you can move on to any other grip training you want. I use the Captains of Crush grippers and do the occasional deadlift hold at top or rack pull and hold. Has worked well for me.
You injected 10mg into each elbow or split the dose between 2?
I have been dealing with my own elbow tendonitits for 5-6 months atp and i tried everything. I resorted to bpc and so far ive gone through 25mg of bpc and still havent found any signifcant results. what should i do guys?
You should be stacking it with TB500
TB500 5mg/wk split into (2) 2.5mg shots
500mcg BPC/day
Plan for 4 weeks. If you don’t see improvement after 2 weeks then plan to go 6-8 weeks. I’ve only had to go past 4 weeks once.
i stacked them for the first 10mg i did 10 mg of bpc and 10 mg of tb500 and then i quit that because it didnt help and bought 15mg worht of just bpc doing about 1mg of bpc a day at night
Hello guys!
I had a tendon/bursitis repair surgery a year ago.
And I recently bought vials of a a mix of 5mg/5mg of BPC-157/TB-500.
Does anyone have any previous experience with this?
Like dosage and injection frequency as opposed to the difference in half-life between the 2 peptides.
You should be injecting BPC daily at 500mcg which is .5mg. If you have a combined product you are stuck with the same dosage of TB. TB typically is 5mg/wk split into 2 shots. With this protocol that’s 3.5mg/wk. You would still get good synergy between them.
This is what I would do.
wk1-2 720mcg/day which is 5mg/wk
wk2-6 500mcg/day which is 3.5mg
If your not starting to feel better after 2 weeks extend the wk1-2 protocol 2 more weeks out. and add another 2 weeks to the end.
If you get to 10-12 weeks and you not feeling significantly better then see a Dr. and get some imaging.
Thank you man… I really appreciate your help.
So just to make sure I got it right…
For instance, I will reconstitute a 10mg vial (5mg TB-500 + 5mg BPC-157) with 2ml of bacteriostatic water.
Wk 1-2: 15 I.U
Wk 3-6: 10 I.U
Am I getting it right?
