Are you talking about that stuff that is in a whipped-cream type can? I tried it and it’s actually pretty good.
The new Lamb of God is pretty good.

Didn’t they say the best part of the pancake out of a can was that it was organic, and therefore inherently good for you?
I don’t have the new Lamb of God yet. Is it worth getting the whole thing, or do you have a couple favorite tracks?
Tomorrow is the first day of Spring. It’s been a long winter.
They are trying to make waffles in a can but physics and chemistry are fighting over who loves waffles more.

C’mon, man. Did you even watch the video or read the thread?
This stuff does it all.
Now if they could team up with Biotest and mix in a little Metabolic Drive, we would have a serious winner on our hands. (Mods, I call dibs on royalties. I’ll PM my info to send royalty checks to). ![]()
No one is excited about Spring? What, do you all live in the south or something? Isn’t anyone else sick of the snow?
Snow? What the hell is that? Do they have that in a can?
God, I miss snow…

Snow? I can put some in a can and ship it out to you. You might need to refreeze it once it gets there. It’s shipped by volume, not by weight, and some may have settled during shipping.
Actually most ours has melted by now. Just a few patches in the shade. But I can certainly get a can worth if you’d like.

Modi, I would recommend the whole thing. It shouldn’t be hard to find on btjunkie or thepiratebay. I got a burned copy from a bud, so I don’t know the names, but I like tracks 2, 6, 7, 8.

I was trying to figure out what the fuck that had to do with gathering snow from my yard…Which has completely melted due to the rain. Sorry Ultimatethor, you missed your opportunity.
Then I realized that you were trying to throw this whole snow in MA, and springtime thread off course. Nice try bud. ![]()
I’ll look into that album (shit, did I just date myself?) I could use some new tunes. Thanks for the recommendations.
[opens can of worms…]
What if we all post our favorite workout songs?. I know it’s been done before, but I don’t want to search through 2 or 3 pages of old posts.
My favorite: “Let’s Get Physical”! I also love wearing spandex and wife-beaters in the rain.
“She fucking hates me” -puddle of mudd
“Snap your fingers, snap your neck” -demon hunter (their version is harder)
“Worlds collide” -powerman 5000
“Hard rock hallelujah” -lordi
“Animal I have become” -3 days grace
“Someone that your with” -nickleback
“Sarah yellin’” -3 doors down
“Johnny, I hardly knew ya” -dropkick murphy’s
Just the ones I could think of off the top of my head. I don’t necessarily like the words to all the songs (Nickleback), but I like the beats and tempo, hence the reason I have them on my playlist.

Sorry. Dumb question. I know. I am a newbie.
aight, these tunes will get you ready to rip metal in half
They are heavy songs each mixed with som screaming and melodic singing. I can’t stand listening to someone growl the entire time. It gets old real quick to me.
“Daylight Dies” -Killswitch Engage
“My Curse” -Killswitch Engage
“Kill Tomorrow” -Mushroomhead
“Mother Machine Gun” -Mushroomhead
“Happy?” -Mudvayne
“Vendetta” -Slipknot
“Knife Prty” -Deftones
“Downfall” -Trust Company
“Two Weeks” -All that Remains
“Follow” -Breaking Benjamin
“You Know What You Are” -NIN
“Follow the Hollow” -Soilwork
Anything by Soilwork really. Not a lot of people know of them. I’d recommend the entire “Natural Born Chaos” album. It is phenomenal!
That right there is enough music to pump you through a workout.
Here’s my most recent selection of lifting music:
Trivium: To the Rats
Slayer: Supremist
Soilent Green: Antioxidant
16: Zoloft Smile
Young Jeezy: Hustlaz Ambition
Abigail Williams: Swolen Disgust
Lamb of God: entire Wrath album
Unearth: My Will Be Done
Sylosis: Conclusion of an Age
Ludacris: MVP
Three Six Mafia: Dangerous Posse
Master of Puppets - Metallica
Sad But True - Metallica
Awake- Godsmack
I Stand Alone- Godsmack
Enough, Stricken, Indestructible, Inside The Fire, Ten Thousand Fists, Perfect Insanity - Disturbed
Saw Theme Remix- Bonecrusher
Requiem For a Dream Remix
The Battle (Gladiator Theme)- Yvonne S. Moriarty
Phantom of the opera overture.

Nice list there. I’m a huge Godsmack fan…been listening to them since they were playing the small clubs in Boston.
Disturbed is always good for a couple more reps, and how can you go wrong with Metallica?
