I heard box squating is esay but someone said the Dave Tate said it was harder cause you do more the just squat. You go down and sit down and then you have to go up. What do u ppl think?

It’s a squat, but eliminates the stretch reflex in the hole.

If your doing the movement correctly and your box squat is greater than your regular squat, the box is too high or your free squat is too deep. Period.

yes I think that is true cause my explosion in hips went up like crazy. Also my power clean went up to 225
