Bowel Distress

I have been trying Cheater’s Diet with caveman principles. I am trying to achieve a net alkaline kidney load. When achieving this, I get loose bowels and frequent movements. The bloating is annoying. Should I try reducing the amount of brocolli stems? Will the body adjust to this higher fiber intake as well as it adjusts to lower fiber intakes? I don’t want gas and poo like a gorilla. Any tips?

I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about, but it sure is crackin’ me up!

Try to get lots of probiotics into your diet. This helps keep healthy bowels.

Also, the more real raw food you eat, the better.

I agree that you might be in need of some good acidophilus supplements. Sounds like your intestinal flora and fauna is out of whack. Worth a try!

Don’t just get any probiotics. If you really want to get them, use enteric coated probiotics. They will breakdown in your intestine and not your stomach, which is what you want.

i have had at least 3 movements per day for my entire life, and i wouldnt give em up for nothin!

You have a digestive tract imbalance. BUt your current diet will fix the problem in a month or so. Like JWright said get a good probotic that will not break open untill it reaches the small intestine. Also get yourself some Fibersol and take two serveings a day to help the process along. Fiber can only help.
