Well, I ran out of test about two weeks ago because new doc/waiting on labs to come back/waiting on mail order pharmacy. Every muscle in my body is aching and I’m getting random cramps all over. It could also be from spending so much time in the car over the weekend. I’m glad I took most of last week off, because I feel like garbage.
On the upside, I didn’t gain as much weight as I thought I would over the weekend and I’m picking up a small bottle of test from HEB on the way home.

Haven’t deadlifted in a long time. Despite the continual fapping, I have NO grip strength. The weight went up easy even though my hamstrings are still sore as shit from Saturday’s workout. However, I was holding the weight with the last freaking joint of my finger by the time it hit the ground.
Left calf cramped HARD on every set of the calf raises.
Right quad was cramping during the extensions, and completely locked the fuck up as soon as I stood up. Damn near hit the floor.

I had to scroll back and look at when that was. The interview was my first phone interview. It was really hard to read the person to tell if I was giving her what she really wanted to hear or not. For all I know she was playing Bejeweled on her laptop. I never heard back from them, so I assume it didn’t go very well. I think that is the first job I ever interviewed for that I wasn’t offered.

Weight 227. Weighed 224.6 yesterday, but ate two dinners last night. Had planned to save one for lunch today but it didn’t make it through the night.
That steak sounds awesome! I might have to try that myself. Nice work on the front squats, my shoulders wont allow me to to that, complete lack of mobility.

Stomach is so sore from the roll-outs yesterday. Killed me on the Military Press. Triceps cramped on the pushdowns (slightly hung over and dehydrated I think).
