That sucks. I don’t really think the recruiter would have been an option for him, but at least he could have tried. Call me on your way home.

Weight 228.2 lbs. Overdid the cheat day once again. Large salad, Can of BBQ pringles, three trips to the Chinese buffet.

Well good news the test was Negative so he did not move out. The wife chewed on his ass and then hugged him and told him she loved him (first time ever). So now he is going to her office this morning to “work” off some of the debt he owes us then this afternoon he will come over here to finish the processing to start that job on the tug boat.

Spent the last hour trying to wake his ass up and get him moving. Damn kids are frustrating.

Glad to hear the test was negative. Fucking kids, man.

Week 12 Monday

No workout today or tomorrow. Packing today, moving out tomorrow.

Weight after 11 weeks: 223.6 lbs. Down 42.2 lbs.

Week 13

Didn’t work out last week as I moved and had my son with me all week. Kinda bummed about things, so just hung out with him. He will be with me every other week, so one week I plan on working out at the gym when he’s with his mother and the next week working out in the apartment complex “fitness center”. One weak I’ll focus on strength and the next high reps (because the dumbbells only go up to 50 lbs.) Back is still a little tweaked. I’ll make it work, though.

Weight: 225.2 Up 1.6 lbs last week. Overall still 40.6 lbs down. Was totally off the wagon last week as far as food was concerned. Will do better this week, minus tonight when my father-in-law is bringing over pizza for the Cowboys game.

Week 13

Wednesday

2 hours of tennis in an Over 35 league. Learned it’s bad form to use drop shots on old farts.

Thursday

Gave blood at right before leaving work, so no lifting today.

Weight 222.4 lbs

I’m having a problem sticking to the diet while my son is with me. I’m also emotionally eating because it is the only vice I have (masturbation aside). It’s funny that I named this log Bouncing off of Rock bottom 13 weeks ago. I didn’t have a clue how much lower things could get.

Weight 221.4. That’s the lowest I’ve weighed since starting the diet I think, so I’m back on track. Next week going to Texas for four days for my daughter’s graduation from Air Force Basic Training. Diet is going to go to shit between Rudy’s BBQ, Whataburger, and real Mexican food.

Ahh. Just caught up on your log. You certainly are facing some life challenges.

Stay the course with the diet/training. It will pay huge dividends down the road.

Gym closed. Just got back from my daughter’s Air Force Basic Training graduation. She was an honor graduate in the top 10% of her flight. I so proud of her. Here is a picture with me, her, and her biological father.
