YouTube is acting funny so I can’t upload the video yet, but will edit this post and put it up. Took a LOT of rest on deadlifts. This took about 6 minutes.

As weird as this sounds, my eyes immediately went to my teeny tiny little chicken legs. Not sure how those bad boys hold the weight up lol.

But, I do appreciate it Sven! I’m feeling much better about where I’m at aesthetically.

Alright, it’s about time for a brain dump/summary/prep for BtM.

Weighed 211 this morning. That means I’ve gained in the neighborhood of 5 lbs these past few months- cool. I have been way less restrictive with my eating, and have essentially become a human vacuum cleaner. If there is food, I will eat it. So far I haven’t noticed too much of an adverse effect on body comp, some extra lower back fat, but it is what it is.

I feel strong as fuck though. I haven’t felt under recovered, I’ve just gone in and done the BBBB days without a second thought or hesitation to what I’m doing, except that last press day. Conditioning is still going well, even though I hate doing it. It seems way more necessary than I had anticipated and it’s starting to become a habit.

I will not be partaking in the full 12 eggs during BtM, but I will be eating 6-8 eggs every day and likely well over 2lbs of meat as well.

I purchased a few bags of surge to try out, and am following along with @SvenG, going to try out indigo3g as well. I don’t see the harm in trying any of it out. I am super excited for the results of BtM.

How much do you spend on beef in a quarter and where do you order from?

I couldn’t even venture a guess for just generally speaking, but the box I signed up for is $250 from piedmontese dot com, I absolutely love it. They change it up each time so I’ve sampled a little bit of everything. So far it’s all been amazing

No better post for 3000 than talking about food

Three 1/3 lb burger patties, 7 fried eggs and chipotle sour cream for dinner, and some naan pizza that my wife made.

Totals are 11 eggs, 2 lbs ground beef and various other fun things so far today.
