Thanks dude, and I think I have the strength as well! I can’t wait to make 4 plates normal. I’ve hit 405+ so many times but it’s still not an every day lift yet. I’ll be in some serious rep PR territory during BtM on basically every lift, so by mid summer I should be getting far outside my comfort zone.

Temperature greatly dictates my vascularity. More so than anything else (food/sodium/hydration). Without a pump of course.

75*, not much to see, 85+ and I get comments on how vascular I am often.

Very interesting… I wonder why that is because @anna_5588 said the same.

It’s strange because last summer we had some pretty warm days, especially for around here, and I wouldn’t say I was more veiny than any other time of year… but I definitely wasn’t looking for it or aware of it. Maybe it’s a combo of any and all things… hydration, salt, having a higher than normal carb day and it being warm out. It’s not necessarily anything I’m setting goals towards, but it made me curious as to why they would all of a sudden pop up seemingly out of nowhere.

Although, they do look pretty fucking cool haha

Missed this yesterday due to work so I’ll hit squats tomorrow and OHP either Saturday or Sunday.

I think my best 5 set is 205, so I’m creeping into PR territory next cycle. 200 felt great, so that’s promising. I felt pretty fucking on during this.

Guts have been pretty torn up yesterday and this morning, but I’m definitely feeling better now. Time for dinner.

Alright, dinner is down the hatch.

This weekend was the opposite of R and R. Worked a lot, had a lot of plans and free time was pretty limited. Food was sparse and hydration was garbage.

Went into those deadlift sets just straight up not wanting to do them. Reluctantly I made it through in a decent BBB time, but I’m going to blow that out of the water come week 6.

Work has been overwhelming and all-encompassing again this past week. I need to take a minute and refocus, re align and get my eyes back on the goal.

Had a big dinner tonight, so I’m steering back into the correct direction.
