Cut open my palm at work today, nothing serious but made all of this very, very uncomfortable.

Feeling like a machine right now.

Meal frequency and volume has increased pretty substantially since starting BBBB. It was kind of eye opening to commit to eating more and seeing exactly how much time I actually DO have to take a minute and eat. Even just a few bites here and there add up. I think I’m finally going to see my weight start to climb back up. Going to take a measurement at the end of BBBB, I think.

I’m really liking the layout of 4 lifting days, some with conditioning, and 2 extra conditioning days. Body is feeling good and recovered right now, but I can tell on Wednesdays that I’ve pushed myself pretty hard. I’m sore but not beat up, ready to go by Thursday.

My back/traps feel like they’re absolutely exploding and I’m actually starting to see some separation in my pecs. The dips and sandbag work are doing some serious damage, I love it. Had a few comments over the past week or so about how I’m looking bigger, that’s always nice.

Big squat day on Thursday. The BBB stuff is going to be challenging but I have zero doubts I’ll get it. If I keep increasing tm by 5/10 through BtM, it’s going to be pretty difficult so I need to keep eating like a maniac.

DW ab work

Skipped weighted dips due to 1’s bench day tomorrow. Will make them up tomorrow or Saturday AM.

Knee sleeves are feeling tighter, bar feels solid as hell on my back. My abs were sore today for some reason? I’m thinking that the sandbag work did a number on them.

Squats moved freakishly well. I opened up my left palm again on set one and it stung pretty bad the whole time. Pull ups sucked with the cut. Time to eat.

Confirmed quarterly shipment today, this will be here Monday

4 Manhattan Strip Steak - 8oz.,4 Stir Fry Beef - 16oz.,4 Skirt Steak - 16oz.,4 85% Lean Ground Beef - 16oz.,1 Tri-Tip Roast - 32oz.,1 Dynasty T-Bone Steak - 28oz.,2 Grass Fed Beef Biltong - Garlic and Herb - 2oz.,24 All Natural Beef Snack Stick - Original - 1oz.

Cooking a chuck roast from the last quarterly box in the crock pot all day today. It should be awesome by the time I get home from work. Did a little experiment and added some jalapeno pickling juice to the broth to make it a little spicy. Almost 3 lbs of meat before cooking so it’ll last me at least tonight and tomorrow.

Worked 630am until 230pm, entered the house and knocked this out as quickly as my empty body would allow. Super hungry.

Need my left hand to heal, it’s getting pretty annoying.

@whiplash1 it’s so easy to do, especially for how much meat you get. Set it up before work and you’re good to go a few hours later.

Man, I just love every time I see you deadlifting in your house. For all the dudes who bitch about not having the equipment, or there gym sucks, or whatever, it’s awesome that your like “got the barbell, got the plates, time for some freaking work.” You really can make a sick set up that can run most programs even without a garage, sick seeing you do it

Tried to hit a like for the post but for some reason the forum isn’t letting me.

Thank you dude. I’ve accumulated some essentials… a couple barbells, an axle, a log, sandbags, a rack and some plate loadable dumbbells. I think I should be able to get pretty strong with that stuff if I use it wisely. I don’t care one bit where I lift, just as long as I can jam music and move heavy shit around I’ll be happy haha.

I would absolutely love to move everything out to the garage though, it has more than enough space but the floor is pitched out towards the driveway so everything rolls. I was thinking about making a level platform to lift on out there but my wife and I have been talking about moving so I put those plans on hold.
